We just needed a place to stay overnight for a golf tournament in Farmington. Place did the job and my older son won his tournament and my younger son finished 3rd. We're very happy! We would also like to recognize the outstanding service of the lady who was at the front desk when we checked in on Saturday around 5pm. She was super friendly and efficient. When we woke up and came down for breakfast, the same lady was there working!!!! Unbelievable how many hours she worked. And she was every bit as cheerful and friendly in the morning at 7:30 as she was at 5pm the day before. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!!!!!

This is picking at small stuff but my kids wanted to have waffles for breakfast and someone spilled the batter and so there was a huge delay in obviously cleaning it up and getting new batter. But we were on a schedule and missed out so grabbed something somewhere else. Wasn't the staffs fault and we understand that.

Location in quiet suburban area but short drives to stores and restaurants. Breakfast included is so appreciated when traveling for work. Clean room. Clean lobby, breakfast area and coffee/tea always available. Pool with a hot tub was clean and quiet/peaceful. Gym near pool was clean and appreciated. Traveling for a week we needed to do laundry and was so grateful for guest laundry facility on second floor. Staff and hospitality were helpful, professional and friendly. When back in this area we look forward to returning.

We liked everything about our stay. I travel a lot for work and comparatively speaking this stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you for providing a place to return to.

The room was spacious, clean, had everything my friends and I needed for the night and the bed was very comfortable. We were missing sheets for the sofa bed and I asked for them by text message and the houseperson brought them within 5 min, I found this very convenient since we didn’t need to ask for them in reception. The breakfast was great, there was plenty of it and many options to choose from it. Everything was so tasty. My friends and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The temperature of the swimming pool was cold

Room was very spacious, spotless, and was nice and light and bright with 2 big windows. Property was very well maintained inside and out. Plenty of free parking. Reception area and the large lobby were very welcoming. Hotel is in a very quiet location surrounded by greenery. Would definitely stay here again.

This is common in many hotels but would love to be able to open the windows to get a burst of fresh air. There is a small kitchenette (fridge, micro, sink) in some rooms but no dishes, glasses or silverware. There is not much near the hotel, but if you have a car, there is a Dunkin max 2 minutes and a Stop n Shop and a few other stores within 10 minutes.

The hotel was off the highway enough so that no road noise could be heard. The parking was close to the door and well lit. The breakfast was much better than the average continental breakfast offered at a lot of hotels. The room was very spacious and the tv size was much larger than average.

We came in during evening and did not see the hotel. We actually passed it as the address said 299 for the office building next to it. Since this address was 301 we missed it and had to turn around and come back. We also were not made aware that if we wanted fresh towels on our second day we had to let them know the previous day. All we did was ask for fresh towels and they were brought up immediately.

Loved the location. Hotel was very clean and rooms matched the photos seen online.

The clerk at check in was not the friendliest. She gave no information regarding, time of breakfast or pool open to close times. She took my ID handed me my room keys that was it. I had to inquire what floor my room was on and what direction that I should go. Typically at check in they give you all of this information.

Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, a good size, well-cleaned and maintained, and had lots of light. The staff member who checked me in was fantastic - thoughtful and friendly.

Location was a little tricky to get to from the highway, but strangely, getting back on the highway from the hotel was much easier. I really didn't like having to pay extra for slightly higher-speed internet so I could stream video decently - it wasn't a lot of extra money, but the room is already pricey enough. Also, watch out - they'll ask for your card and put a hold for an additional $100 deposit on it even if you reserve and pre-pay for the room with this or any other app. I didn't learn that until I checked in. It'll take a few days before the funds are freed up.

overall or the price and location this was a great value. Breakfast was included and the pool/hot tub was amazing.

the TV's in the rooms are not Smart TVs. Although they did have cable they really should invest in changing the TV's. Most people want to be able to watch a movie on Netflix or Prime or stream their favorite shows.

We were first put across from elevator in the main hallway. Near poll and food etc. way to busy and noisy. Because the a/c wasn't working they quickly moved us to another room which was still on the main floor but way further away. Much better. Why would they put us in a busy noisy place in the first place instead of quieter location? Who would want noise ? But, they were polite and responded to our concerns in seconds and we were swiftly moved.

Breakfast was fine. Your staff member drove us to a local restaurant and brought us back. That was very nice of him and we really appreciated it.

WE really needed a later check out to attend a graduation, but could only get until 1- so had to check out at 8a to get to the graduation. But the staff held our lugguage until we returned to get an uber to take us to the airport. So, we appreciated that accommodation.
