The location is great, you are at the bottom of Melrose, so there are many shopping and dining opportunities. Moreover, roomsize is great for long stays.

There is a bad smell that you will feel from the first moment you enter the hotel. This smell can be felt both in the rooms and in the corridor, and it takes days to get used to it. The reason may be the carpets in the hotel. Also valet parking is really expensive but very safe. Apart from the smell and the valet, it is definitely a very nice hotel

Everything. My preferred hotel when I stay in West Hollywood. The rooms are sophisticated, clean, very comfortable beds, like the convenience of the mini kitchen and wet bar, two flatscreens nice touch, fireplace another elegant touch. And a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise of birthday cake and champagne delivered to room courtesy of the hotel. Not enough stars in the universe to rate this heartwarming personal touch. Well done and thank you!

When I called about the possibility of an early check in because I received an email promotion about "upgrade your stay' like an early check-in 1:00 or 2:00 to be told we're busy, etc, etc, despite the email promo (apparently of zero value and a wasted call), and told 'I'll pass you to the manager' I take as poor training or an employee who should not answer the hotel telephone, engage with the paying public and probably either should be retrained, especially in hospitality etiquette or perhaps seek employment elsewhere. And trying to stream your laptop to the television was a pain in the X and useless.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfy with extra pillows and blankets for the kiddos. Great shower! We had a suite, and my older child really appreciated the separation. Location is perfect. Air-conditioning was amazing and very cold (we're British and loved it!)

The only complaints I had were minor. One the maid service by request. We often forgot after long days out and about, but I do understand the policy however. They were kind enough to bring towels and coffee pods when requested. Two is no cutlery or bowls/dishes as standard in the kitchenette. Again, they brought some as soon as we called, but it's having to call down.

Great hotel and loved the size of the room, bathroom, closet, etc. The location is excellent and the pool area is super nice. We liked the quiet area, yet close to everything. The staff are all super friendly and although the restaurant is not the most fancy place then the food is really good and the service again is great. They also have 5PM free drinks / happy hour by the pool - again, a very nice initiative. This is a really good family hotel.

The kitchenette in the room lacks some basic items like plates, cutlery, etc although you can order that. You also need to remember to order cleaning of your room 24h in advance. You need to notify guest services. We would have preferred if we could just leave a card outside the room or similar as we forgot to book cleaning.

Large rooms. We were in the back with no view but the alleyway (view rooms are available) personally we loved it as it was very quiet. LA is not known for being quiet Our room had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge so we stored milk for coffee. Also loved the separate make up mirror room where I could store items and have alighted mirror for getting ready to go out. Staff at hotel was awesome. Neighbourhood-is fantastic. Melrose shops just down the street. Try community coffee in front of design centre. The iced matcha latte was fantastic! Multiple tvs in room as well. I will stay here again.

Valet Parking was great and unlimited in/out privileges but found the price at $65USD a night a bit steep.

The location in West Hollywood was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to Santa Monica Blvd and many restaurants, we even walked to Rodeo Drive. Urth Cafe is just around the corner and was a nice easy stroll. The area was very quiet and safe. The room was as expected and big enough for the four of us, 2A and 2C (11 yrs and 13 yrs old). I am sure that in summer the pool would be a great benefit. The rooftop area was nice to sit by. Overall, a great spot and we would definitely stay again.

The room was awesome. It was clean and very spacious with a good sized bath room, two queen beds, a living room, dining area with a large dining table, a kitchenette, an outdoor deck, and two big screen televisions. The roof top pool and bar area is spacious, comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Adriana and Leilany at the front desk reception were extremely helpful and kind. We also want to thank the valets, servers and bar tenders who were all incredibly nice, including but not limited to, Ivan, Joseph, Otto, Jorge, and Loorku.

We loved our stay at Le Parc. The friendly staff at reception upgraded our room and accomodated our early arrival very graciously. The room was phenomenal - chic layout and furnishings, clean and spacious, a fireplace that conveniently is turned on and off by a button on the wall, a walk-in robe with a safe, and a very comfortable large bed. Location is great - a short walk to Melrose Ave where there are plenty of trendy WeHo cafes/shops/bars etc. The rooftop pool and bar was a highlight, we enjoyed complimentary wine hour on a cabana by the pool. We utilised the gym which provided towels, water and a great offering of cardio & weight machines.

Although the room had a kitchen, there weren't any cutlery, bowls, plates etc provided. You can organise this with reception so not at all a dealbreaker, just would have been nice to have them in the room.

Amazing location next to Melrose, loads of nice stores to shop at and good scenery. Places accessible in walking distance which is nice. The suites were apartment style which we found unique. We would definitely stay here again. There is private parking but it does cost money. Very safe, doors lock at 10pm and you can only access property with your room key meaning no weird people can come into the property. The rooftop is beautiful. Very clean. There’s a makeup vanity. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom. Mini bar with fridge and freezer which is handy. It’s not your traditional hotel but I preferred this as it is affordable and has lots of amenities.

Room service is only until 10pm, short staffed and parking is $65 but it is private and you can go in and out of the parking garage which is good.
