-Location is central and you can walk along in the Sunset Strip; Ubers to the other popular WeHo places are around 15USD one way. -BREAKFAST WAS TO DIE FOR! I would like to specially thank the staff at the restaurant (Jose in particular). -Rooftop pool was small but the sun-beds were the comfiest I have ever seen! -There are always free snacks at the lobby!! They are all quality stuff!! -You have free wine-o'clock between 4-5pm -Complimentary coffee in the mornings

-Valet is expensive (around 65USD daily) but it is more or less the same at every hotel in LA, unfortunately..

One more time - I have a blast at the Andaz. What a fun place to stay: clean, the location is awesome and facilities are just too good. The restaurant staff is awesome, Marvin in particular is an angel.

It’s a very nice hotel, clean lovely rooftop terrace and pool.

We where asked to leave the pool deck shortly after arriving because there was a private function. Pointless choosing the hotel because of the pool and not be allowed to use it.

The location, the size of the rooms, the happy hour, the free coffee and nibbles, the pool area, the friendliness of the staff

It's time for an upgrade, the restaurant needs an overhaul and the fact that visitors are allowed in at weekends to use the pool, thus not leaving enough for paying guests

May be the hotel should do something about sun beds being held hostage while those people are gone for hours. Sometime the whole afternoon. I’d say if one leaves for more than half an hour, they should lose the bed, other people were sitting on floor cushions while beds are empty. The staff actually protects those instead of removing their stuff en thus encouraging this behavior.

Location, roof pool, rock history and memorabilia.

We had two nights only. The first evening the pool was closed for a corporate event. The first morning the pool was open but only from 10am. So we were unable to use the pool which was a reason we picked the hotel on those occasions. That is very sad unfair on guests as many visitors to LA only stay short term. Also the bar on ground floor was closed alot of the time.

The hotel's part in rock history was interesting to find out about during our stay and the rock theme throughout was enjoyable. The view from the room (penthouse/14th floor) was spectacular. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom. The Riot House breakfasts had good options and generous portions. Coffee and snacks are available 24 hours in the lobby. Very friendly staff.

The lighting in the room could have been better. The room needs some updating to provide conveniently located outlets that are suited to protect electronic charging. Sunset Blvd. can get a little noisy from cars and motorcycles, but the hotel provided ear plugs in the room, if you wanted them.

Only received housekeeping service every 3 days. Towels were old and thin and did not provide enough for a family of 4 so constantly had to call for more. Overnight parking is extremely expensive given the cost of the hotel room.

The location, the hotel and the staff are all great. Really enjoyed the pool and the cocktails on the roof, the breakfast is great too. Staff was always very friendly and mostly very helpful

Asked for a wake up call on my last day as I had a plane to catch early in the morning and they never called. It is not a big deal, as I woke up anyways, but still. Shower pressure could be stronger. Washing your hair if it's long is a bit painful process, have to playbaround with the different patterns of the showerhead.

The vibe, style, location and cleanliness were 10 out of 10. The pool views were amazing, and the food was delicious. Also lots of cool people were staying there for the comedy festival, so it was cool networking and making new friends. So many cool stories from over the years at this hotel, and so close to every great spot on Sunset Boulevard. Hyatt hotels never seem to miss for me!

No where on the website does it state that parking is 70$ per day there. We probably could've ubered rather than renting a car with the price we paid for parking during our stay. I would assume that with the price of the hotel, that parking would either be included, or given at a discounted rate. Especially since its free Valet validation when you choose to eat there at the hotel. Also, I had a view of the parking lot, and it was mostly empty during the duration of our visit.
