Lovely and quiet, with lots of available parking. Good & very reasonably priced breakfast. Our dogs were also able to join us at breakfast, which made life a lot easier.

Our only issue, is that I wish the staff had drawn our attention to the code that they gave us for the night entry door. We hadn’t realised that everything would be locked up so early and we had a bit of a panic when we arrived back from the village at 9.30pm, to find ourselves locked out! Fortunately my husband remembered seeing a ‘random’ number on a card that we were given with the WiFi details etc. Also, there was a phone number on the door.

Requested and allocated a ground floor room as my wife has dodgy knee. In the event we were allocated a room for disabled (which we did not really need). Bedroom was large with very comfy bed. Large wet room. Situated in large grounds with river at the bottom. Seating scattered around the grounds. Easy parking. Evening meal good. Quite arty. Good breakfast. Easy to find off autoroute.

All good, really, although there comes a time whin I would love a steak and kidney pie with mashed potatoes. Otherwise very good and have booked again.

We originally booked a suite, but they are on two levels and weren't really suitable for someone with limited mobility. The manager immediately showed us to another room on the ground floor, which was just perfect. The gardens at the back of this hotel lead to a river in full flow: a wonderful place to relax. We had dinner on the terrace overlooking the gardens. Sometimes, hotel restaurants can be a bit stuffy, but this was very relaxed and the food just right,

Great breakfast, good variety and all freshly provided. Local produce meat, bread, honey , so too at dinner great local produce and some delicious local region wine. The staff were warm and welcoming, professional and just great people. This is a fantastic location, relaxing, well managed, beautiful setting. Spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, lovely terrace for dinner and drinks . Great stop over for one or a few nights to explore the region a bit more. We travelled with a dog and she was welcomed alongside us in all areas of the hotel too.

Couldn’t have wished for a better overnight stay on way to Spain. Had everything we needed including 2Tesla charge points. Bedroom was small but fine with blackout blind and lovely view and sound of river. Lovely to be in nature after long drive. Only observation there was no plant based main course for dinner or plant milk for breakfast. The food on the whole including breakfast was excellent. Super helpful staff too.

Excellent location - next to rhe Lot with the river in the grounds of the hotel. Less than 5 minutes from La Canourgue. Dog friendly hotel. The room was comfortable with appropriate facilities. The buffet breakfast was better than usual.

The service in the bar was poor and the restaurant was à bit pricey.

How happy were we after a 12 hour drive to easily find this hotel so close to the highway but in such an amazing environment! The communication earlier this day with Alexandre was nice and helpfull. Despite we arrived after the opening hours, the acces was swift and easy (via a code) In the room a nice clean bathroom, bed was lovely and also the view! And I personally love dimmed light. Long story short: we had a perfect stay :)

Access to the hotel was perfect. Literally a stone's throw from the motorway. Couldn't have been easier. The room was perhaps the best family suite we have ever booked and stayed in. The mezzanine style layout was perfect. Children upstairs, adults downstairs giving an element of separation with out separating. The room's view of the river was great. Lovely peaceful sleep with the river in the background. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to store our bicycles in their underground storage area. Amazingly helpful and reassuring to know they were safely stored away.

We were a little disappointed that the hotel's cafe was closed on our arrival and that the only option for eating was the hotel restaurant. With children, and on a long journey, having the option for a lighter evening meal was preferential but sadly not available. A short trip up the valley however to the local town provided exactly the food options we were looking for.

Right by the motorway and really easy to find: important when you've been driving for hours! Yet the hotel is peacefully situated right on the banks of the river Lot amid trees; you can hear the water, but no traffic. Rooms small, basic, but very clean and comfortable with excellent blackout blinds and good soundproofing. We slept well, and the chef kindly cooked for us even though we arrived just after the kitchen had closed.

Breakfast a bit pricy for what was on offer. We stayed here on our way to Spain and on the way back. The second time, we got a croissant from the bakers and a much better coffee from the Tabac nearby.

Everything. From hospitality to cleaniless. The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is very beautiful and very well decorated. Everything is fully clean. Location can't be better, is just 2 mins from motorway, and is just located by a river and a lovely green garden. Rooms are pretty and the bar and restaurant decoration is also fantastic.

The only thing I could just advice to the staff to have in consideration is maybe have more choices in the restaurant or at least have a more kid-friendly menu. But even so the food was great and very well presented. But maybe too high cuisine for children that are not used to it. Again, staff members were great.
