The Receptionists refused to give me a paper receipt. They lied twice to me. They said that they don't give out receipts, when I book online. I showed them the receipt that they gave me a week before. They then told me that the printer doesn't work. I need my hotel receipts for tax purposes. Why do I have to waste my time and money to go to a facility to get a printed copy!!!!!!! I explained to them that I have already prepaid for 08/20 to 08/23 two weeks ago. If, I do not receive my receipt at the end of my stay,, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO HOTEL PACIFIC GARDEN.

Recently remodeled room in an older hotel. All very clean and well kept. Quiet and safe neighborhood, reasonably close to LAX airport by LA standards. Decent breakfast, which is unusual for this price level. The hotel is located in a complex that houses several Japanese shops and restaurants and seems to cater primarily at Japanese tourists. All in all good value, would stay again.

Reception staff somewhat grumpy, but that's probably just my impression.

The room we got was better than we expected, it was quiet, room was clean, it was big enough 😀. With a small cooler, stove, microwave, sink to wash dishes, big closet, big restroom, even a patio to go outside and enjoy the weather 😉.

Brakefast was included, but it was really limited, for adults is ok, I guess, but not good kids, we had to go out and eat somewhere else. The room was missing an Iron 😓.

Firstly, the entire staff was courteous and friendly. And the manager Myoumi was fantastic. She was very kind and understanding to my request to enter room as soon as it was available. The property is very neat and quiet and so I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area

Late that afternoon some young folks checked in across from my room and they were very loud

The hotel was a very convenient. There were Japanese market and many Japanese restaurants. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The shower was good water pressure.And the price was cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Thanks!

The staff was very attentive and the hotel had a family feel to it. It's honestly a hidden gem. Loved the quality lotion and decent breakfast.

The hotel is definitely older and due some renovations. Considering the cost of the hotel, I would say this is expected, though. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

It's smells really clean and good when u walk in and my room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is very quiet and they had a free continental breakfast

That I couldn't reserve my room again in I had to check out and find other hotel to stay at that was inconvenient but everything else was great

The staff was amazing and so friendly! The room we stayed in had a patio area attached to a shared garden space. We were also within walking distance to a Japanese market, as well as various Asian dining options!

The facilities were a little dated, a remodel would make the property even better!

Breakfast was good - fresh waffles, coffee, juice and hot water on tap, bananas, muffins and bread for toast. Basic but fresh and staff restocked and sanitized as it went.

The hotel is undergoing repairs so that was less peaceful.

Comfortable hotel. There is a small shopping centre behind the hotel with restaurants and a Japanese supermarket. A large public laundry was near that.

We were on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator if you have a problem with stairs.
