Location is good. Quiet for most part. Laundry was clean and working and available to use. Rooms were clean. Hallways were okay. Close to freeway and Walmart, grocery stores and dollar store are good options to get needed items. And within walking distance. Quiet facility. Staff was nice.

My bed was too soft. They don't give you anything. They hardly have pots and kitchen assessors like the other locations. The other locations give u everything to cook, eat from, cutting boards, dishes etc. When you ask for things there, they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. As though you shouldn't ask. They don't offer anything ! But advertise; your home away from home options. Other than this, it was fine. Pretty clean was why we stayed.

Love the kitchenette and curtains, bathroom was great, plenty of drawers and shelves to put clothes and things, great tables and work space for computer. Nice carpet and overall things appeared relatively new, not older looking like one sees in a lost of hotels and motels.

The lack of TV channel choices, and the repletion of the same movies over and over, but you have to take into consideration that I stayed for 13 weeks, for someone only staying the night or a few days or a week, that is not going to be an issue.

It was within decent distant from other stores like the Asian market, the gas station as well as Walmart. The building itself from the outside looks beautiful and welcoming!

Nothing I don’t like about the property, even parking on the backside because the front side is full wasn’t a hassle. The only tini tiny issue is the plunger, it broke when I went to request it and then no one else followed up on the when the new one will be available or when maintenance/plumber will be there to fix it.

Location is convenient. Staff was helpful despite some confusion about the reservation being for a friend who was the primary guest noted in the file. The hotel system does not receive the complete reservation information provided through Booking.com so that accounted for some confusion which was resolved. This was a very short stay for a friend. Obviously some guests stay much longer for business or other reasons. Good amount of parking is available and it's good having a shopping center next to the hotel.

Clean and decent. Room did seam like someone may have been smoking in there. Halls were clean smelling. Room was very clean. Staff was nice.

My bed was too soft. Could hardly turn over. They had nothing to offer for assessments. No dishes, silver, pots, cups nothing! They gave us a plastic spoon! Are you kidding me? 1 luggage cart and I couldn't find it.

spoke with Andrea over the phone and she was very patient and helpful when I was having issues with booking. upon check in I encountered Leticia and she to was patient kind and helpful after me asking to view the room before check in and she obliged without hesitation. I needed some kitchen tools and the staff offered the kitchen kit which i appreciated b/c I used more than what I asked for. Overall the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and hotel in a nice quiet area.

i saw a few ants but i'm glad I didn't see any other bugs.

Being disabled, there are a lot of things I wish this place provided that they don't, restaurant, room service, that would make life here a little easier, but having a kitchen mostly makes up for that.

price is too high, but LA prices are ridiculous everywhere and for everything. I'm pretty must happy here, or I'd have stayed elsewhere.

The room is old but comfortable. Pets are allowed, free parking, there is a refrigerator and a microwave. Comfortable bed and chair. Quite clean, but needs repair. If you ask, they will give you shampoo and shower gel.

Unfriendly staff, didn't show me to my room, didn't give me shampoo. I rate her work 2/10. The hotel is old, needs renovation.

Due to an error in their booking system, the reserved room wasn't available. They were able to accommodate us in an acceptable manner and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The security officer was so helpful with the rollaway bed, our luggage, and went beyond his duties in giving us assistance during our check-in.

Breakfast selection could be better. The regular "live there" guests hurry down to empty the flavored oatmeal and muffins, leaving only "plain" available for other paying guests. Nobody restocked the breakfast items nor were there any staff available to do so. The terrible skunky marijuana smell of the live in guests was almost constant in the halls and stairwells.

Very convenient, great shopping area. Love the manager. Great, secure parking. Love the grounds. Nice breakfast. Quiet in living area.

No free champagne, lol.
