I know its complimentary. It will be perfect I wish if there is some egg, fruit and sausage for meat lovers(I am fine without meat). The location is very convenient, a few minutes away from all attractions. I came for the RV show in Giant center which is 7 minutes away and then visited Hershey Garden and Hotel Hershey which are about 7 minutes away. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back. Staff told its 3 star, I will give it 5 star.

The hotel is very clean and that is always a plus. outside is well taken care of, and safe for cars outside. rooms were nice and clean. had good yogurt and bananas, waffles, and cereal.

all the breakfast food was miniaturized, coffee wasn't a good-tasting quality. room furniture getting a little old looking, as I stayed here in 2018 when it was new. All the lighting is led- and the Cool color blue/ grey which makes me dizzy. I would suggest as they have to replace blue to change to Warm, color Leds which doesn't affect people like me.

The breakfast was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful from the counter help to the breakfast staff. It was in a great location.

The curtains were sheer and didn't allow us to sleep past sunrise. There were not a lot of gluten-free options for my daughter. The orange juice tasted weird. I'm not sure if it was mixed with something else.

I was here for a conference/trade show so I actually wasn’t at the hotel much. Everything seemed adequate for my needs. My room was adequate for the needs of my stay.

Maybe a better selection of breakfast foods, but again I wasn’t in a big need for that since I was traveling alone on business. Bacon would have been a nice option .

Not cheapest place in town but good value for what you get. Clean room with plenty of space. For a Super 8, a really positive experience.

At first glance, hard to tell if this is an older hotel that is very well maintained or a newer hotel that is a bit cheaply constructed. Clearly the second (e.g., toilet was far from perpendicular to the wall). But for the price it is a steal: clean, safe place to sleep with friendly staff. If you are looking for luxury, you should be ready to pay more.

The hotel stay was great. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed. It was really nice to have a place to park that was under cover so that we didn’t have to load/unload in the rain. Its location to the park was really great also.

The only complaint that I had was the breakfast was a little lacking compared to other hotels, but anything is better than nothing and it was enjoyable.

The hotel was very close to Hershey Park. It was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Also, I liked that the toiletries (shampoo, hand soap, etc) were in large, refillable bottles rather than individual packaging.

The heating/air conditioning was a bit off. It seemed not to hold the requested temperature.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The lobby however had a moldy/musty odor i noticed soon as we entered. Our room did not have an odor and was fine, but the bathroom did a bit. Our room was surprisingly large even with all the beds in use (1 king, 1 queen, 1 pull out, but the beds were a bit hard for my taste. the close road outside was hard for me to fall asleep, but the rest of the family fell asleep fine. Nice breakfast selections for the am other than no ice that I found in the drink area in the am. Met our needs to save us from driving an hour plus home after a day at the Park.

We stayed for 2 nights for a trip to Hershey Park. The place was clean and the location was perfect. You do have to request to have housekeeping come in if you want it. They did a good job. The beds were made and clean washcloths and towels were given. Their hot breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, and sausage), especially when you need something quick to eat so that you can get up and out to the park on time. I would recommend this place to any family wanting to save a few bucks and be close to Hershey Park. The park is only 4-5 minutes away by car. For a Super 8, this place was very nice and met my expectations! I gave them a 9 only because my key card wouldn't work and I had to keep going to the front desk, but they were very nice and apologetic.

The hotel itself was very clean and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Hershey Park. The room was very spacious for our family. The kids loved the arcade machine in the room as well.

The beds weren't as comfortable as I'd prefer but for one night, it was fine.
