The breakfast was great and fulfilling. The location was perfect.

We tried call the front desk from the room though. No one picked up. We were needing more towel, spilled a drink on the floor and bed. We used all the towels cleaning the floor and bed. We headed to the from desk and seen the help cleaning another room and ask for more towels and they stated that they would take of it and they did. Thank you.

The staff is great, breakfast is good, rooms are a good size and comfortable. It is a clean hotel unlike others I've been to. You can tell management is on it. The location is good. There is a Chilli's and Denny's right across. As well as a Kroger if you need supplies. Lots of places to shop and eat around there. A few minutes from downtown Conroe as well.

We were attending a retreat at a local conference center at another hotel. It was much more expensive and did not include breakfast. We’ll be back here next year!! The room was clean, comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Why spend more money when you have a Holiday Inn Express close by?!

I loved the breakfast!!! First time traveling with my boyfriend and him and I agree that we will always stay in a holiday inn for the future.

When they would clean our room there were a lot of times that I had to find a maid to refill something they missed. Shampoo and body wash was missed on two separate occasions.

the room was spacious clean and comfortable. the pool although we didn’t use looked clean and has a beautiful rock waterfall. the location was near other businesses that were all useful.

the parking lot was in need of some care and was a little small. the staff didn’t seem to communicate well; we asked for a late checkout and there was a shift change between then and our late checkout time. they knocked and called twice to confirm when we were checking out.

the size of the king suite was perfect for my husband, me, and our baby’s pack-n-play. the cost was worth what we got.

The hotel is behind other businesses on the feeder road, so at night when we checked in, it was hard to see where to turn in. we missed our turn and had to turn around. I thought the bed was a little lumpy/not the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on; I tossed and turned all night.

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is great. Close to restaurants and shops. Chilli's and Denny's right across the street. Ample parking.

Bathroom needs a vent. Not large so gets fogged up.

We were given incorrect keys and room number and walked in on people sleeping.

This hotel has an excellent location. I walked across the street to Chili's and could've walked to Roadhouse and Kroger had I wanted to. Across the freeway is a Walmart and shopping centers are one and two exits north. Breakfast was good but I had hoped for fresh brewed coffee even though there is a small coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was good--omelets, biscuit and sausage gravy, sausage and bacon. Milk and cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pancake maker, bagels...I had hoped for fresh brewed coffee even though there is a small coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast was great and totally hit the right spot. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous. The comfort, cleanliness, and value was right on point and top notch. I would definitely stay here again anytime I travel to Conroe in the future!

I have nothing to complain about. Absolutely everything was above and beyond any expectations. Bext Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at so far!
