I had a very good sleep at night. Very comfortable room. It was clean in every corner. The bathroom was nice and clean, equipped with necessities. A mini refrigerator and a microwave are there. Spent a relaxing peaceful night at this motel after attending a business conference. The location is easy to access which is right off the i45 service road. And easily accessible to IHOP, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Target, and Car washes to keep your ride always clean.

I read some negative comments about the property and was reluctant to stay here. It was clean no bugs or mold. In life you get what you pay for. Some rooms have microwaves and refrigerators some don’t. The tv was not fuzzy but very clear.

My room was on the second floor. The vending machines were not working that day. But for $51 bucks it is a great deal.

I like that it was quiet and comfortable

The fridge was not clean it had a horrible smell it wasn't even plus in. And the microwave wasn't clean it had spots of food all inside it

The room was the size of a single made into a double. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked so it took 2 hours to do 2 loads of laundry.

Good value for the money, centrally located in Conroe, Texas, not too far off I 45. Beds were comfortable and the room was very neat and clean. Parking lot and building is well lit! This would be a good place to stay if you're going to the Texas Renaissance Festival or any events in the northern suburbs of Houston. I was there with my family for a car show and we enjoyed our stay and liked the convenience to places on the freeway. Once you learn where to turn, it's not too hard to get into.

It's hard to see where the turnoff is to the side street, the freeway service road isn't well lit. Parking lot has seen better days, and there is only one handicap ramp at the front of the building.

The property is in a great location, they had a nice pool and my room was facing the pool. Very clean property

That has clean rooms it does but just Lil to small. Has a wash room and has a pool if it's open and ac blows real cold

That pool was dirty and closed and it's still hot outside during day and starts getting hot by 9-10am and all the way til dark time and is still hot. Also another thing rooms need be Lil bigger that be nice bigger beds at that. Also having a refrigerator and a microwave in the rooms ba nice cause it shows in the pictures but don't have none of this in rooms. I also don't like that it don't have no breakfast like alot of hotels do .

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and I Must say it is always a pleasure, staff is friendly and helpful and it is a very good location

There's no coffee in mornings or at least a small coffee maker in room, I'm sure it can be provided if so desired just have to ask the staff

The first room I had there was something wrong with the drain and the smell was awful. However, the management moved us to a different room and it was much better.

Didn't know there was a breakfast, so Didn't participate.
