the rooms were lovely, well appointed and spacious. Location was great..we appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service, and the ease of setting up the shuttle.

The shuttle driver was not courteous nor very helpful. Breakfast options were limited and not replenished well. Basic things like spoons and hot water, there was a wait for. The elevators are small, slow, hard to come by especially at peak hours. I saw a family trying to come down and check out the husband was in a wheel chair and they had their luggage and they had to wait for a long time due to either housekeeping using the elevator or someone on a higher floor coming down...there should be more options or people with a disability should have some accommodations.

There was a buffet breakfast offering scrambled eggs, potato cubes, French toast, a selection of cereals, juices, breads and bagels, as well as fresh fruit salad. The hot food was replenished frequently so tasted nice and hot and fresh. A fantastic overnight stay, from the free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, the well furnished room & bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast, its superb value for money. There's also a pool area and a bar that serves food and drinks, which was managed wonderfully by a lady called Alicia, on the night of our stay.

Very convenient location, close to the airport and a free shuttle to and from. Nice hotel, close to several chain restaurants, a decent swimming pool, a good breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. For example, I could not get the phone charger to work, the front desk sent an engineer who lent me his own charger cable to use till I checked out.

There were some electrical problems in the room, the side lights did not work so I had to read using my phone torch, most of the plugs did not work. When I tried my phone charger cable at a different location it worked perfectly well. Aside from those minor problems, I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was outstanding - hot everything and the staff kept the place moving and food flowing. Staff from front desk to housekeeping to food were helpful and efficient. The location is excellent for passing through, but devoid of anything to do nearby but eat - very corporate. Airport shuttle service is much appreciated, and if you are lucky, you'll get Bill for your driver - best shuttle driver I've had anywhere!

The place is getting dated - a bit worn (but clean) and horribly shy of USB ports - only one in the entire room and that was in the clock radio, so bring your USB converter blocks and some 3:1 electrical plugs.

Newest hotel in the area. Shuttle was easy to identify, efficient, friendly and driver told us of area discounts. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room exceeded expectations with couch and shower. Shower was beautiful and had soft water. My husband never wanted to leave the shower. Air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator and shower shampoo, conditioner and soap were a nice addition. Lobby was big, eye pleasing and offered many types of chairs. Pool was a reasonable temperature 82°, clear, plenty of loungers and chairs, and towels provided. Inside outside bar with firepits and cushioned seating was very enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding. Offered a big variety and especially liked the omletts. Great restaurants within walking distance and nearby. Staff went over and above....I forgot my never used swimsuit in a drawer in our room. I called the hotel many hours later. Tony checked the room and found my suit. Offered to mail it or I could pick up. I returned at the end of my trip, one week later, and retrieved my swimsuit. Thank you all for a great experience.

No hot tub

The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced at any hotel so far.There was a great variety of options.Food was freshly made and attendants made sure area was always clean and replenished.My room was huge and had a great view.I like the security feature of the key need for elevator access.My floor was really quiet.Ieft my cruise documents in the lobby and had to travel 45 minutes back to retrieve. The hotel desk made sure my things were secure and I arrived back on time.The check in was smooth and friendly.

That I wasn't staying longer.

Fabulous collection from the airport (if you get Donald you’re in for a fabulous start to your holiday!!); fabulous location to restaurants (with discount as your a guest of Hyatt House); hotel is relatively new so clean and fresh and modern and cool; hotel staff are very helpful and considerate; family suites incredible value for money; breakfast just perfect!! We were blown away by this hotel as a family of four - with two teenagers- and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel/airport shuttle service needs serious improvements. The driver's are all very nice, but the idea that you have to call for a shuttle, got disconnected 2x, then told to go outside, then call again when I get to the pickup spot? They need to have a direct line for the shuttle, and have clear and concise instructions from the airport. I ended up getting Uber instead to the hotel but the every 1/2 hour departure from the hotel to MCO is fine.

The room was exceptionally clean. The mattress itself was comfortably firm, exactly the way I like it. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming--most especially the shuttle driver. Great sense of humor!! Not to mention, the free service to and from the airport was prompt and easy to access. Hyatt House offers a fabulous complimentary breakfast with many options. Delicious! There is also restaurant and bar service for other meals. The hotel is an outstanding value for the price!

There is nothing to dislike other than the fact that we stayed only one night and didn't have time to enjoy the pool and patio area.

First time staying at a Hyatt location and I will definitely come back! It was such an easy booking, stay, and check out! The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed that they cleaned the pool everyday.

Only thing was that when we got there our sheets were stained, but we asked for new sheets and they changed them right away the next day! Nothing I wouldn’t come back for to be honest!
