Fantastic location. Put on and take off skis litterally off the slopes. 2 min away from chair lift. Great infrastructure. Simple rooms buy clean. Awesome breakfast. Staff very courteous and sympathetic, especially Chloe at th restaurant, but all were nice. I really appreciated the pasteied on the day of departure prior to actual opening of yhe restaurant for the kids - thanks!

Loud music sometimes at the restaurant, not adequate for toung kids. Food at restaurant is good but quite pricy.

- hotel is beautifully decorated and super warm and cozy. Nice design everywhere - amazing location, the best for skiing (ski in ski out from the 1st floor of hotel) - tasty and various breakfast - helpful and accommodating staff at the reception. One of them gave her personal hair dryer because the one in the room didn’t work. Whoever you are, thank you - hotel itself is super clean literally everywhere. As a stewardess I basically live in hotels and I know a clean hotel when I see one. Housekeeping ladies left us water outside even with DND sign on <3. Huge thank you for that - balcony and view from the rooms are nice - rooms are super warm and cozy. Towel heater and radiator in the room do the job. - clean soft towels and bedding. Yes, not all the hotels have that :) - sauna was great - good water pressure and temperature - no mold in the bathroom.

- restaurant staff makes you feel like you came to eat at their house at their expense. Guys were mostly nice, ladies always had attitude for no reason - water in spa. Pool and jacuzzi water was disgusting. You could see hair and pieces of skin floating around, because it was always fool of people. There is only 1 jacuzzi outside and 5-6 people would go inside at the same time and even queue outside waiting for their turn. There was supposed to be nice view outside of spa but windows are always foggy and you can’t see anything. - hair dryer in the room didn’t work

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast was brilliant! It had everything you could need from freshly made omelettes to delicious fruits and vegetables! The coffee was really nice too and this is coming from a coffee snob! You could even help yourself to a glass of fizz at breakfast if you really wanted! The staff tried their best to accomodate everyone and were always there if you needed them. The best part about this hotel was the location! It was right on the slopes and you could literally ski to the door! The hire place was literally seconds away and you can easily buy the lift pass at the bottom of the first lift! The spa felt like such a luxury after a really hard day on the slopes too! The rooms were quiet which is great for me as I hate noise as I'm trying to sleep. If you get transfers they pick you up right outside of the building as well!

The beds were slightly hard but nothing unmanageable!

A modern hotel right on the piste with ski in and out. Rooms were clean and warm with modern en-suite and tea making facilities, small fridge, Restaurant was a lovely large space with an open fire. Ski hire was in a separate building a short distance across the hotel car park. Very handy. There are lockers for ski gear. Staff were on the whole very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

For beginner skiers it not so good getting back to the hotel when finished skiing. We had beginners and the beginner ski area is at the top of the gondola which starts from New Gudauri. So when finished we took the gondola back to New Gudauri and took a taxi back to the hotel for 30 lari (£8-9). In the morning we did the same in reverse. It’s not practical to walk between Gudauri and New Gudauri. There are no shops in Gudauri.

Whatever negative review there are don't believe it till you personally tried it. Sometimes people are just hard to please and are entitled on how they treat others and staff. This place is amazing! Made us feel warm and welcome the moment we arrived. ROOMS Uncluttered and have everything you need. The whole hotel gives a warm rustic vibes. Perfect if you want to get away from the city noise. Have great panoramic view of the snowy mountains. ACCESSIBILITY It's the perfect location if you want to disconnect from the busy city life. 2 hours drive from Tbilisi with a view. There is a small grocery that pretty much covers what you need for the stay. PEOPLE All staff, specially the restaurant team was very helpful, warm and friendly! To Beka, George, Tay and Chloe, thank you very much! FOOD/RESTAURANT GRILLED VEGETABLES are my favorite. I don't know how they cooked it but damn! The pastries they have are awesome as well. Awesome wine and liquor selections. Big serving portions that is decently priced. Great value for your buck. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends looking to visit Georgia. I can't imagine any other place that would top this in this place in Gudauri.

No bidet yet. Although the management said that they will be undergoing some renovation soon and will start to install it.

Good ski in/out hotel with good spa It is 4 star level hotel with good breakfast and we had dinner in restaurant in the evening with good choice ( expensive as all restaurants in Gudauri) Hotel has ski rent . The service was also good

I booked two big twin rooms but we received two small double rooms so they try to give you that nobody wants(hotel was fully booked) but they changed the rooms after disputes Ski rent is expensive (there is other rent 100 meter from hotel)

Good ambiance in the hotel and rooftop restaurant. Excellent spa. George (Georgy) at the front desk reception was very kind and helpful compare to others in the hotel. He was very attentive and went out his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Breakfast buffet has good variety of options.

Reception front desk staff could be more helpful (except Georgi who was excellent). Ski rental next to hotel has very poor choice and basic models of snowboards and ski equipment for beginners.

Even though the staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were not very well trained / experienced. They had little knowledge of the drinks menu and confused whiskey with cognac or suggested wrong wines Also the ski rental across is not to be used. Very poor range of equipment. Struggled to find a pair of decent skis and same with my friend with his snowboard

Good location of the hotel, in particular close to the ski lift. In front of the hotel, a ski equipment rental is in good condition. Excellent sauna and swimming pool.

Bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell from the sewer in it. One light by the bed did not work. The restaurant at the hotel had tasteless food and, in my opinion, not worth the money. Цi-fi is not very high quality, the connection was often cut off. That's all.

Near slide area. Very close to lift. Central location. Restaurant at 7th floor having variety of food drink options. Private Parking available. Rental ski equipment and instructor nearby but expensive (150 lari for one hour for instructor and 50 dhs for equipment). Kettle was available. Breakfast was good.

Furniture not 5 star hotel facility.
