The building and the rooms were very nice and the rooms were so clean, cozy and comfy. The location was great for this trip. We were attending the Florida RV Supershow at the Florida State Fairgrounds which is directly across the road. And the 5 Guys Begers was located right next door and we absolutely love 5 Guys. The breakfast was very good.

My only dislike was the water pressure. The pressure of the shower was kinda hit and miss. 2 of the 3 showers I took while I was there had very little pressure. The other was really good. The toilet never flushed good at all. Just taking a pee required 2 flushes. Anything else took at least 3 or more. It would've been nice if they had a shuttle to the fairgrounds and back.

Correction. I loved. I loved the hotel and it’s location! The cleanliness walking in was noticeable and front staff were kind when we checked in. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable and our room was amazing and clean! Loved everything about this hotel and I will be returning for another concert visit! Thank you holiday inn !! OH AND ALSO! I’m a big breakfast person, so by means the breakfast was good! A nice simple variety that did its job in filling me and my friend up before we checked out! Thanks again! Hope my comment helps the next person trying to find a hotel!

This was my 2nd time in this hotel and it was a really good experience again. The breakfast is always good at this hotel. You also have access to restaurants close to the property, The neighborhood is kind of lonely at night, but that is good for relaxing. Reliable Wi-Fi in the whole property and the amenities were good. Nice TV were you can watch many good channels like the NFL channel and movie channels. The parking lot is incredibly convenient, consistently providing ample free spaces.

Cleanliness could be improve which not mean it is bad, just some dust and the coffee machine had some minor stains, not particularly off-putting, but it could use some improvement.

Close to Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre. It's a lille walk (maybe 1/2 mile or less) but it's through the state fairgrounds which are very safe and lots of people around. (Better than paying $50 to park at the event). Crossing the road when there is a concert, is staffed by police. (I'm a wheelchair user, getting there is accessible as well) The hotel was neat and clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, pastries, coffee, juices etc.

Staff was very welcoming from arrival to departure. Free breakfast was delicious. Best part of stay was location. Right across the street from concert venue. We will be back for sure. Awesome experience.

We had no issues at all with our two day stay. Best hotel experience in years. Nothing bad to say at all. Well done Holiday Inn!

Location: close distance to a lot shops like Costco, Walmart, total wine and more, etc.. Room: the size of the room, washroom, are very roomy, and the beds and the TV are big. Service: the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are always coffee and tea available at the front desk. The room I booked also includes breakfast. The breakfast has good variety.

Cleaness: found a fruit seed in our room floor. The room smells a bit moldy.

The breakfast was very tasty . The young lady who works in the breakfast area was so nice and professional. She walked around and asked if you needed anything. Excellent service during breakfast. The young lady in housekeeping was very nice. I think her name was Neka. Very sweet young lady. These two young ladies are an asset to your establishment. They both deserve a raise or some type of accomplishments. We would definitely come back to stay if these two ladies are there.

During our stay, the toilet in our room would not flush. The African American staff member told us that he didn't think there was a plunge but then found one with dried toilet paper wrapped in a plastic bag. We were not transferred to another room until the next day. I talk with the manager Jerry that day and he ask to send maintenance to her room. Jose came to our room and tried several different things and nothing worked. He stated that ,the toilet will need to be removed. We were sent to another room which was a suite.

The bathroom floor grout by the tub was caked with crud in the corner…a bit unsightly. Should have been better maintained…a toothbrush and bleach could have taken care of it. I expect better for $350 a night. 😟

Our room was very nice. The location was great with restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast was very good.

They need to update their TV’s in the rooms and the elevator was questionable (very slow and noisy).

I was very impressed by Scott. He ran an excellent breakfast. Everything was clean and full. I watched him stay busy taking care of guests, cleaning and keeping the food full. You don't see those kind of work ethics often anymore. You need to give him a raise and keep him around. Checkin and checkout were also a breeze. All staff was very accommodating.

I have nothing to say here. Everything was great!
