Location

The staff not accommodating!! Our room, the smell Only one Hand Towel and washcloth, Bed was made with Sheet on top. I asked for lower level room because Im claustrophobic and they put us on 4th floor! We are Hilton members and breakfast not included in price!!! Which was ridiculous for one night!! This was a Terrible stay and telling the staff, they didnt care or try to help, What happened to the Hilton Garden Inn promise? Where your stay is Guaranteed!!

The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed that the was not a cookie cutter hotel. Needs a little updating but PLEASE keep the bathtub and shower for those women who need more space and a place to prop our legs to shave. Stand up shower…HELL NO!!!

Breakfast is very pricey. We get breakfast at other hotels with lodging. We are here for a soccer tournament. Cannot be paying $12-$13 x 3 every morning for breakfast. Not realistic, nor is this hotel the caliber to charge so much for good. Plus, we tried several times to go to the bar for a drink and it was never open. If you cannot enjoy a drink in the evening and go back to your room so you don’t have to drink and drive, what’s the point.

The people were exceptional, really enjoyed our breakfast with Harold and the front desk staff we're friendly and as accommodating as they could be. The courtyard was beautiful and everything was very clean.

Biggest issue was with booking.com, we did not get the room we originally ordered, the staff tried to do the best they could to make it better for us but the beds were not that comfortable. Keep in mind our needs were different than most we had four people in a room and had to resort to a rollaway bed. The rollaway was hard and you could feel the box spring through the small mattress.

A working clean bathroom

The lady at the front desk said the card reader machine only took tap pay. My cards are not set up for that. My partner was becoming irritable with the waiting while I tried to turn on the tap to pay option. And a line was growing behind me. However, I then had the idea to ask her to use the card on file. And then she was like "oh yeah, that's a method I could do." She really needs to work on customer service and problem solving.

The location was very safe and quiet. The staff was friendly. The onsite restaurant had excellent service and the food was very tasty. I was extremely pleased with my choice and would stay there again and again.

My bathtub drain was clogged so I was showering in standing water, The tub did drain, but it took a while. The hallway was not as fresh as I would have liked and my room had artwork on the walls that was a little distasteful.

The property nestled in those beautiful trees, and the peaceful setting was just what we needed during our hectic move. The hotel Decor is beautiful, and the staff were very accommodating!

The ONLY thing that we weren’t completely satisfied with was the beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped.

We really enjoyed the pool area. Not overly packed with people and the water was always nice. Awesome grounds area with a lot of shade from the trees. Multiple areas to sit outside and not feel bothered by others. Staff was phenomenal! Although there was one young man who looked at me and shook his head because my flip flops were ever so slightly wet coming in from the pool. He didn't think I saw him and I would've confronted him had I not been there with my young daughter. However, the other staff was great and extremely helpful. Overall a nice stay and would visit again!

The only downsides we're the bed was pretty stiff and seemed a little outdated, the water drained extremely slow in the shower and the weatherstripping one the windows was gone so it didn't allow the room to cool to temperature during the day, however it didn't get hot.

The staff were amazing. Even with my group's request at 2 in the morning, they were extremely nice about everything. The pool was nice. I didn't pay for the breakfast but it did smell good. The bed was great. The room was spacious. Bathroom was nice too.

The shower had strands of hair closer to the edge of the tub near the handle so it kinda made me feel like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly because the type of hair I have, wasn't the same hair on the tub. So, I knew it had to be there before we arrived. Not a big deal though, only like 3 strands.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The check in procedure was swift and efficient and they do not charge for parking. I ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and both were very good and affordable.

Very clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful breakfast which started us out perfectly for a long day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
