Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I asked for more hangers, and they came quickly. I asked for someone to show me how the tv worked, and again, they responded promptly. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast. On the first day, I asked for almond milk with my cereals and they said it was off, but one girl said if I gave her 6 minutes, she would go out & buy some for me, which she did and I had it every morning after. You can't say fairer than that! I would definitely go back again if staying in Sao Paolo.

The pool is not much more than an eye bath, not worth using. No bananas at breakfast some mornings. Not always a good selection of melon and no gluten free bread. The key cards to the lift didn't always work. However, these were all minor problems and wouldn't put me off returning.

Rooms are pretty large, with a kitchenette and sofa and a sleeping part and large bathroom. It has a restaurant where staff is pretty nice and there is a good variety of foods. Hotel is in a safe area, full of good cafes and restaurants, close to Ibirapuera Park.

It's good value for your money. A bit of a hike from Paulista Ave but doable especially when walking downhill - more challenging when walking towards Paulista ave/subway. Staff is very polite. A good hotel.

Air Con was not enough to cool the room. First night was really hot. Had to leave the AC on all the time to keep the room at a mild temperature. A bit far from the subway line.

Great location and good value for money. Breakfast is satisfactory, well-sized and comfortable room with good kitchen facilities if you need to use it.

Staff was a bit slow, but still friendly. Check-in was a bit confusing (they couldn't tell whether Booking had charged me already or not), and requests for extras in the room took ages.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and there was even a big sofa and a small table with chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was of great quality and there was a big variety. It is a safe area and you can visit places even on foot. There are several options for food, drinks and shopping. Renting a car is pretty easy, since there is an office for rental cars next to the entrance of the hotel.

People are friendly and try to help you, but there is some language barrier. The majority doesn't speak English. The pool facilities are pretty basic. A nice fountain at the rooftop would be maybe a better idea.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, many restaurants, supermarkets around, close enough with a taxi to many important sites. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, everything you need, we loved the gym and swimming pool with a view. Last but not least the reception staff was always very kind and helpful, we stayed twice in this hotel upon arrival in Brazil and just before we left and we were really pleased on both occasions, thx Ninety!!!

Staff are amazingly helpful and bring your luggage to your room for you. Breakfast was great - the restaurant was temporarily closed so I had breakfast on the top floor near the pool with a nice view. Location is very nice with trendy restaurants around and feels comfortable and safe. Room was spacious.

I had the luxury twin room. The room itself was quite basic but comfortable. It was fine just for me but I would not suggest it for a couple who are looking for something more romantic.

Was torn between AirBnB and a hotel as we wanted a kitchenette for baby bottles. Room was clean and facilities were better than expected, cor provided as requested together with linen for baby. Amazing shower!

The reception was super busy most of the time and could do with more staff. Key cards often stopped working which was annoying.

Very good location and staff. The room was awesome, with an amazing shower and very comfy beds. Central heating/cooling system was also very good.

Lack of ways of cleaning the dishes at the kitchen. I guess they expected this to be done by the clean service but since we didn’t request it since we didn’t need for the room in general it would be good to have a way to do it ourselves.

I liked the location and the floor gave us an amazing view to SP. The staff was nice and spoke English really well. They adjusted to our request of adding another bed pretty fast.

The check-in process could have gone smoother, given we had previously been there. And the bathroom needs to be updated or at least some of the facilities there should be changed.
