Amazing location, beautiful facilities, and excellent standards for the price and proximity to Avenida Paulista. The daily included breakfast was brilliant, and the bed was the largest I've ever seen—and I own a travel business myself. Many thanks to Felipe at the front desk for enhancing our stay with his kindness, professionalism, and understanding. He is truly an asset to the hotel.

The hotel is already old and facilities are outdated (it's working, but creating a lot of noise, like shower, toilet, fridge, even all the sounds going from another room) Hotel has cameras everywhere except the roof top..can happen smth and no any video I took 3 water for 6 reals and 1 for 13 reals, they charged me 42,5 reals I don't know and didn't provide any check Not all card machines have option for contactless/ApplePay payment

The hotel does not have airport transfers at a cost. They do not have a tourist guide contact details. The room doesn't have tea/coffee facilities.

Nice hotel that gave a more luxurious feel than we had expected. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, bars and of course Avenida Paulista. Breakfast was tasty and fresh and it was possible to eat outdoors. They had gluten-free bread which was a plus for me. The rooftop pool was also nice to relax by.

The menu for lunch & dinner was rather basic for a 4 star hotel. It advertises that its a beef and vegetable restaurant but the steak was tiny and beans were canned not fresh.

Had some issues with the toilet, but staff was really helpful and came to fix it pretty fast. Unfortunately we had the same issue soon after.

This hotel has a great location. Easy access to subways and bus stations. Also if you need an uber, it's not expensive by the location. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of fresh fruits and options for a perfect start of the day.

It's hard to think. But since I have to write it down: 1. the shower position is weird. You turn on the water, and should be able to be in the other side. 2. The coffee itself. The coffee machine is not the best. But, it works.
