Staff are all lovely people, kind and attentive. The price-value is on point. Breakfast was more than enough with a really beautiful view to put one in a good mood every morning. Location is great, super close to the tram and Grand Bazaar and two stations away from Sultahnamet, most times it was more fun to just walk than taking public transport. If I’m back to Istanbul will definitely stay again.

The covers of the bed are a little rough

I think my comments will be a little bit special as I travelled with my family and also my mother who was on wheelchair… Having a kind staff who are reassuring me at any time when I’m outside the hotel and looking for my mother for any need, this is very exceptionnel ❤️❤️❤️ Sophia , exceptional and angle woman , she is not a “just normal staff’… she is dealing with everyone as he / she is member of her family … looking and thinking for every details to make our stay amazing and comfortable … really I will never forget your kindness and your help and support… thanks a lot Dina and Fatos for your great effort every morning to provide us a breakfast with an amazing smile and looking for any special need for my mother In general all the staff are great , Borak ..,,, The location is also close to grand bazar

I will not recommand it if you have with you old person who need taxi or wheelchair to go outside the hotel as the taxi are bailable only before 10 am and after 6am However , if I will come back to Istanbul I will choose again the same hotel as I’m in general very satisfied

Big private balcony with view of blue mosque and the sea, very nice to sit and relax after a day sightseeing. Location was great, walking distance (like 10-15 min) to grand bazaar and blue mosque. Great views from the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was good, simple but tasty. The woman in the reception was very helpful and nice. WiFi worked good.

The place was a bit worn down, the door to the room was almost broken, not possible to lock the balcony door, warm water not always available, the elevator was very noisy, no safety deposit box, restaurant personnel did not speak English. The taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport was not nice, no air conditioning, belts not working and driver not speaking English.

You couldn't get a more friendly person at the check-in, we were late and Sophie didn't say anything about that, and was kindly waiting for us! She spoke English which is a bonus as other places that I have been have spoken broken English and whatever comes out of that sometimes won't be pleasant! Sophie was happy to help and recommend places to visit/dine in, and I believe it's those little helpful tips that help you when your visiting for a few days! The bed was very comfy but it was making some noise and I think it needs to be tightened up, that's IT! 😁

Firstly, the breakfast was good and plentiful. Everything was ready in a timely manner and the servers were helpful. A lot of Turkish items were served but I was still acquiring the taste for them. However, I particularly enjoyed the tea which brought back memories of the tea my mother used to serve when I was a child. In sum total, the breakfast had something for everyone. Next, I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. Also, the location was very close to shops and restaurants where prices were extremely reasonable. Additionally, I loved the big terrace with the great view of the city and the sea. Finally, The air-conditioning as well as the internet worked very well.

My room was tiny and windowless.

Staff was very helpful and Solga helped with rebooking my room. The staff at breakfast was also kind and friendly. Rooms are comfy and modern. The location is awesome, just in the centre.

Make sure you get a room with actual view from window

The staff were all great, we were greeted and given lots of really useful recommendations. They were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check in for the day while we did some more exploring. Breakfast was nice, a pretty good selection. The room was super clean and we had everything we needed there. Thanks very much! Also location is great to walk to lots of the key sites. Very close to Aksaray for the metro to the Otogar and to access the tram to get to the asian side

Honestly not much, perhaps even more breakfast selection, but I was more than happy with my stay!

The Hotel was in a great location, with restaurants at hand a in walking distance of the Bazaar and the Mosques. The breakfast was of good quality and served in a lovely terrace with views of the water and the Blue Mosque. What really made the hotel stand out was the friendliness of the staff both in reception day and night and also the ladies in the breakfast room. The reception staff especially Sophia on nights who was mine of information, and on the day reception the man(forgot his name :( ) was a god send when our taxi failed to appear, arranging us another taxi so we could make our flight. The hotel was very clean and would recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul

No real issues

Best location for budget travelers who care about the purpose of their trip. This area is for bargain shopping, 5min away from Grand Bazar and local market..20-30 min walking to Egyptian bazar Eminonou area. Only 2 stops away from AyaSophia-Soultanahmet, or 12 min walk. Family of 4 with a small child and yet on foot to the bazaars twice a day! WiFi up and running, smart tv and the best hotel balcony in the area with amazing views!!!

There is always space for improvements but the personnel made small details to seem unimportant because of their friendly and accommodating behavior. Whenever we asked anything the response was immediate and they resolved any issue. Sofia the receptionist and the morning receptionist, but also Diana the head cleaner are great professionals with a very welcoming approach. Ask them anything they will do their best to assist!

Location and Staff were amazing! Breakfast had a nice view on the rooftop and had some good options.

Room & bathroom was very small and pictures were deceiving, the window was so high up we couldn’t see outside and had another window connecting to the hallway that was blocked off with newspapers. Towels were rough and very old/used. Hotel could definitely use some upgrades.
