We had an excellent 2-night stay. The rooms were clean and the accommodations were comfortable. Bed was firm but not too hard. We especially enjoyed meeting the concierge Luis, who was helpful from the time we almost drove our car into the lobby up until we left. He had some nice recommendations and helped us build a map of attractions when we arrived. The small morning breakfast was handy and made our stay more comfortable. The barbecue place next door (run by Damián) was also really good. Very memorable!

We loved this place. It's a great little piece of paradise after a busy day touring. The staff are super friendly, and everything is close by bakery, OXO convenience store, BBQ chicken shop, laundry mat and local markets. They supply a light breakfast which was perfect. It's only a quick 10-minute walk into the centre of town. This place is your home away from home and it even has a pool.

The centre of the town is a short 10 min walk away and there is a supermarket right next door. Free parking is offered right across the road. The hotel and its rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed our room with a bathtub, a tv with Netflix, Disney+ etc and even a hammock a lot. The pool is nicely shaded during a large part of the day and there are several seating areas. A free breakfast is offered (fresh juice, coffee, cornflakes and some bread), which is a nice touch even though it is not a huge buffet. The wifi is excellent. The receptionists are very friendly and offer umbrellas when it rains. We loved our stay!

The beds are a bit hard, but other than that: we had a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed the place and the property in general - it’s really charming and well kept. Staff is lovely and the breakfast restaurant is great. The hote is located right next to a Cenote which was really cool!

The pool was directly under a big tree so the water was quite dirty and filled with leaves most of the time and staff didn’t remove it. Would have given a 10 if the pool had been cleaned. But to be fair we spent most time outside the hotel so it wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Great location, just a short stroll into the city centre. The whole place has a nice atmosphere, extremely large beds and a nice shower. The oxxo next doors is also really convenient, and they have private parking right across the street. They even offer a (simple) breakfast for free, great service. The people working there were also extremely nice!

Nothing. Just a tip if you will visit Chitzen Itza, go very early (arrive at 8) to beat the crowds.

Beautiful little property in a great location right near the center square. Parking is across the street (it's a bit tight, but it's manageable). The staff were super attentive, they helped us book a guide for Chichen Itza. The rooms are beautiful and embody the hacienda vibe. The pool area in the back is adorable, although we did not go in the pool.

Friendly staff always welcoming and ready to assist if asked. Lovely setting with a private pool and hammocks. Located in a lively lived in authentic neighbourhood with delicious street food near by and a stones throw from the cenote with its beautiful setting. Comfortable enough room with big bed and air conditioning.

A rather Under equipped Room A small fridge and a kettle would really serve a purpose. The noise of the neighbourhood can be a factor. Ear plugs will help lessen the sounds of the cockerels who haven't quite gotten their dawn chorus timing quite right. The bathtub is a bit anticlimactic as not enough hot water for a proper soak.

The hotel is beautiful, and has a relaxing pool area. It was quiet e.g. when another guest started playing music loudly a staff member soon asked them to turn it down. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff were so caring and welcoming. The location was just 10 mins walk from the square and 15 mins from ADO.

Lovely stay, very welcoming staff who were always available to help. A pleasant less than ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms well appointed, the provided breakfast is a nice, but simple touch. Relaxing area around the pool is lovely on a hot day. Would recommend!

Provision of a filtered water cooler beyond the 2 small bottles at check in would certainly be a plus.

Nice stuff and helping us with ideas of what to do in the city or which restaurants to go, the place is really nice and recently renovated, quiet, with a nice pool to cool down, during the day. Close to 2 Cenotes: Hacienda Cenote Oxman and Cenote Zaci. Around 40 minutes drive to Chichen Itza. Good rental options for bikes, scooters, cars.
