Modern and minimalist. Got basic facilities. Rooms are big as we have 5 and booked connecting rooms with 2 toilets. Cleaners made room very clean and no smell at toilet. Super helpful receptionist and recommended all our restaurants for dinner (premium or cheap ones) and where to shop for local stuff. Reasonably convenient grab 10-15 mins to old city centre. Street food within 5 mins walk. Lots of massage place around. Supermarket and convenient store within 5 mins walk. Nice coffee place nearby as well. Very quiet.

No breakfast provided. No gym. No restaurants hence if we have a tired day and wanna chill at hotel. No choice must go out for dinner.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Santitham. Perfect area as a base for exploring and also for local food. Surrounded with tonnes of options to eat, and as it’s so close to the city centre you can order from just about any restaurant in Chiang Mai for delivery via Grab. Room was a good size and always clean, bathroom and shower were spot on. My only complaint would be the beds are absolutely solid. A 10/10 on the firmness scale. But that’s a personal preference thing I suppose… I didn’t use the pool but the whole pool area and reception was always clean and inviting. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. The pool area is lovely, plenty of seating and the sun hits the pool until the late afternoon. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Located in a great area, slightly further out of the main old city but only a 25 minute walk to the centre. Near to some great places to eat and the boxing stadium if you want to watch Muay Thai. Would highly recommend!

The beds are very firm, but that’s personal preference. We got used to it after a few days.

We booked the family room which was ideal for a family of 4. The mattresses were firm and the bedding comfy. It was spacious, with a small sofa / seating area, and room to fit a few large suitcases. Kids enjoyed time splashing and lounging at the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful in booking local transport and providing directions. Located within 10-15 mins drive to the weekend night markets.

Wifi was intermittent and weak. While it was convenient to have breakfast downstairs, the fare was pretty basic - fried rice, sunny side ups, scrambled eggs, stir fried veg, sausages, toast with jelly, cornflakes and the same dishes were served everyday. Shower took a while to heat up and on one night, the water was only lukewarm at best

Free breakfast, juices and water free throughout the day. Everything very clean, modern style, great value for money. Lots of coffee shops in the area.

Difficult to fault. Slight walk into the centre but straight forward to get there, not worth putting you off staying here. Would have been nice to have a shower room after checkout. Our transfer was in the evening so this would have been nice to freshen up before we moved on.

We loved the hotel, particularly the reception area, a lovely pool. Modern, cleaners were good. Man at the reception helpful. Really nice stay.

The tiny sink as you come into the rooms is not big enough and water goes everywhere. They have balcony rooms facing a wall- so be careful with choosing your room. We asked at reception to change our room, we were given a room higher up with a view but no balcony.

It's a very cute hotel. The woman working the fronk desk was very helpful (another guy not so much). It's got a unique layout and has a detached bar that is closed unfortunatly. They do have coolers you can buy beer/soda ect from however. Shower was decent, room reasonabley clean. My sister and I were travleing all over SE Asia for 3 weeks, so the space there was nice lol!!

It was just an average room, beds are hard. The breakfast they offer is YUCK and the coffee is that powder garbage, so that was a big disspointment.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! The room we had was perfect. We had some much room in it! We had a bath in the balcony which was different but amazing! You could watch the sunset from the balcony too!! They had a water dispenser in reception so could refill water bottle as and when! And could help yourself to free tea and coffee all day! The pool was a great size and had a slide which was fun! In a great location too

Very spacious and clean room for our family of 4, very comfortable with simple but elegant furnishing. Aircon worked well, and shower pressure was alright throughout our 5 nights stay. Complimentary parking. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Small breakfast spread, while complimentary, was the same everyday. And on some days, the food was not replenished for quite a while, even though it was still middle of the breakfast operating hours. Minor, but has room for improvement.
