Front Desk- Waited quite awhile at desk at 0200 to resolve an issue- never was able to talk to anyone that night Housekeeping- Did not replenish water, coffee, cups. Threw my bamboo toothbrush away! I think she thought it was disposable ;-) Front desk- needs to be a little more knowledgeable about restaurants/activities within walking distance Rooms- Need more hooks in bathroom for towels; Need more furniture or luggage racks. No place to unpack clothes or even set an open suitcase! (There is one small cupboard with shelves and the metal rack.

Better than what we expected! We stayed here to celebrate our friends bachelorette party and the place was perfect! Everything in this place is pink!!! The bar was super nice, bartenders are friendly and drinks were amazing. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We requested a high floor with a view and we got it. Coffee shop is great too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Room was comfortable, TV was big, ac cold, stayed dark with blinds in morning, comfy bed, no housing came knocking on door in morning. 🙂

Some middle aged short very red haired lady working night shift was very rude. She bud into me and the other front desk employee conversation while checking in denying my request for late check out, even though I am a bon voy member. Which was later accepted which I figured she was just being ugly for no reason. Also $42 parking not included, plus $20 every y time you leave is rediculous.

That staff were incredibly accommodating and so kind. Every single interaction was pleasant and left me feeling grateful.

The music in the lobby was very loud. Also, if you stay in a room above the pool the music is very loud as well. We actually moved rooms because of this. Hence the staff being super kind and accommodating statement above.

Very convenient location for the Grand Prix shuttle at Waterloo park. Some good bars and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were excellent, super friendly and very attentive. The "Swim Club" bar in the hotel is pretty unique and great service.

Not much really. All was as expected.

Great location!! A short walk to 6th and 7th street (appx 4-5 blocks) about 8-10mins. Front desk was quick, easy and Sara was very welcoming and courteous. Up to the room and the room was very clean, smelled nice, temperature was perfect, the climate control worked as it should and wasn't overly humid and musty in the room. Linens were clean, crisp and comfortable. The bed was perfect and we slept great with both of us having back issues, it wasn't too stiff nor soft.

Having to pay for parking in a place you are already paying for is pretty insane since they do have a parking garage. The amount of traffic in the area is terrible and worth the extra amount to just pay for valet and avoid the hassle. The rooms are a bit outdated and in need of updating. Shower was slow to drain but everything did work.

The location was great, was very central to town and a good experience. The guest service was good as well, we felt very comfortable in our stay.

Overall everything was great! Our hairdryer wasn’t working well, but we called guest services and they were able to give us another one!

The staff were exceptionally helpful, including one of the receptionist allowing me to borrow their personal phone charger as I had not had time to buy one yet for USA. The location is great for seeing lots of the main sights. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds.

Honestly their was nothing I didn't like, but in order to write something, 2 of the 3 elevators were either broken or not working properly, and the food I tried in the restaurant was fine but nothing special at all.

The rooms are nice and the location is good. Staff gave me free breakfast passes to make up for the pool closure and construction noise.

The construction is a bit off-putting but it will be great when it is finished! The pool was closed and we are in a major heat wave so that was a bit unfortunate. But this is not the fault of the facility and will be remedied once construction is complete.

Hotel and staff were great and helpful except the server for dinner in the swim club.

Being charged $1 for tonic and a $1 for lime was a bit ridiculous, and the server in swim club for dinner was very annoyed and acted like she didn't want to be there. Not very welcoming.
