Very nice hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains. We appreciated quiet location, also the hotel and equipment cleanliness, comfort, tasty food and parking place available. Special thanks to staff members for their effort to help, their willingness and their attitude to do their best for us. We felt very comfortable there and we highly recommend this hotel.This is the place we would like to return to again.

The accommodation is located in an beautiful environment. The view is amazing of the snowy mountains from the window. Our room was very clean and pleasantly warm. We booked a three-bed room, but we got a four-bed room. And two restroom were in our room. It was much more comfortable, than we expected. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

It was difficult to parking in the heavy snow, but it was cleared later.

The hotel is located in an unbelievably beautiful place in the mountains. It provides breakfast and dinner, because there are no places around to eat :-) the food is tasty. It's very dog friendly, the neighbourhood is just perfect for dogs to have run and fun.

I can't think of things I didn't like :-)

Perfect place for families. Nice place surrounded by hills, friendly stuff, indoor/outdoor playground, clean rooms, sauna, evening bar, rich breakfast and dinner.

Everything was fine, the staff was really friendly.

Just a suggestion: I would appreciate an EV charging wallbox. Except for my car there were two other e-cars on the parking lot (out of perhaps 10). So, maybe others would also appreciate it.

Everything was here. Great food and spa. Quiet location in the mountains just minutes from ski resort.

Beautiful place, calm and green area, forest and walking ways everywhere... The Hotel was excellent, the staff was helpful. great place to explore the region.

The location is very beautiful,though a little bit secluded. The hotel was nice and the food was great especially the pizza

The room was small

The location with direct view on the Erzberg just can't be beaten. Very modern and clean hostel, extremely friendly staff, good beer. If I ever come to that area again I know where I'll stay.

No warm snacks at the bar in the evening. Since we arrived late, at least a sandwich toast would have been great. But snack did the job too. Staff was very sorry too and did their best to accommodate.

Everything was perfect - the staff, the cleanliness, the bed and the view (see picture)!

The coffee was bad!
