Location was great, just steps from the ski slopes and lifts. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere was evident from the abundance of children and the overall family-oriented focus. Although this may appeal to families with young children, it was less appealing for individuals seeking a more tranquil and adult-oriented stay. The dining options were disappointing, particularly the dinner, which was overpriced and offered limited variety and subpar quality. Guests seeking a more satisfying dining experience may want to venture to the nearby Joschi Hotel. Additionally, the wellness facilities were rather meager, consisting of just three small saunas and an uninviting, chilly resting area. Individuals seeking a more extensive and relaxing wellness experience may want to consider other options.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It has good sporting facilities, including the bowling alley, table tennis hall with 3 tables and very good ski equipment storage facility. Breakfast and dinner were well prepared with the good variety. Staff is very pleasant. Very good showers in the SPA, as well as spacious finish sauna and very good Turkish bath. Kids playroom is very nice.

Sauna towels are too small, clothing boxes in the changing room can not be locked and IR sauna was not working. Bar at the reception desk missed good amount of items from the list. Number of TV channels were not accessible (not a big deal though). Hotel management should consider an EV charging spot, as more and more people are coming with EVs.

Food is good, location is great, our 4 bed room was a nice size. A beautiful view of the slopes directly from the room, also from the restaurant. The staff at the reception are very helpful.

There is a lack of chairs in the room, but we were given 2 extra immediately upon request, thank you. The beds are too soft and uncomfortable to sit on. Some mattresses deserve to be renewed.

The food is good, no complaints. Suitable for both adults and children. The location is excellent. I really appreciate the opportunity to play ping-pong, football, etc., after skiing in the afternoon

For that price (approx. 340 EUR/night) for 5 people, the room is basic (5 beds in 20 sqm). It's suitable only for sleep. It's not bad; just keep in mind when you plan your holiday here.

Great breakfast, good facilities, in nice condition. Flexible and kind staff. + The location is of course excellent, right on the mountain!

Unfortunately the sound insulation with the neighbouring room's bathroom seems lacking. We have been woken up several times by the noise of a toilette being flushed, shower being used etc. At a next renovation I suggest to insert insulation on the wall. The dinner was not to our taste, but we have still been grateful for having it, as there were no other options in the area :)

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was super for families with kids, there was a great playing area for kids. The staff was excellent, very kind, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. It is a 3 star hotel, but food was great and location for skiing also good.

They were not able to give us close rooms. There was no pool in the spa area. Was bit hard to get to the skiing area with kids and equipment.

Very close to slopes, comfy beds, reasonable pricing. Spacious ski room with heated pipes to dry your stuff. Bowling, table tennis, fun for kids.

Sometimes it took ages to the staff to take our order at the bar although there were not any other guests waiting. Dinner is not much worth the price - frozen ready-to-fry schnitzel from supermarket, etc. Beer to gassy to enjoy a nice pint.

It's a nice hotel in the middle of nature, very close to the skiing infrastructure and to the start of many hiking tours. Very friendly staff. Great offering of sport infrastructure. Good breakfast. Perfect for families.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small.

In the I would appreciate door between main room and hall with bathroom , to keep loudness out. Also it would be great to have electric kettle in the room.

Most of the places (rooms, corridors) quite overheated. We had to ventilate (waste of money, not ecological) our room few times during the night in order to sleep well.
