The hotel is situated in a very nice residential area close to the Camp Nou. It is close to the metro line with provides excellent connectivity to all parts of the city so don't be put off by the distance to the city centre. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and appreciated my poor attempt to communicate in Catalan on check in. Much better value for money than similar hotels in the centre of the city. Moltes gracias Candula per la meravellosa benvinguda i servei. Bon Nadal a tots.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was spacious and confortable, the spa was amazing with multiple pools out there which were warm and cozy. The hotel restaurant was also nice, small menu but pretty good nonetheless.

I almost downgraded my final grade from 10 to 9 because of this but it was kinda pricy. Even for the spa you had to pay some extra 19€ which was kinda weird despite it being very good it should be included in the “per night” payment at the hotel There was also the guy from the reception that greeted me in the first day that started talking a little too much without me asking him things But all these were minor issues for me, nothing even slightly bad other than that being costly.

This hotel was defenetly a good choice to stay at when visiting Barcelona. Although this hotel is situated rather in a residential area than in the downtown, it is located in between 2 metro stations, plenty of bus and tram lines so it is easy to commute from here to the center. The hotel has been nicely refurbished and every detail is very clean and good shaped. The food and drinks were fresh in the breakfast, coffee was excellent! Gently staff and good amenities.

The spa costs 19 euros for 2 hours which I considered as a disadvantage. I think it should be free of charge at least for those who pay the supplement of a superior room.

The luxury and the beautiful interior, really pleasure stay with perfect service always smiling and ready to help :) I was worried a little bit reading the comments, but the comments are not the true, Hotel is awesome, the breakfasts are really tasty and anyone can find something for himself, pool and the roof are really nice to take sunbath and chill. The Camp Nou is really close so you can check everyday how the works are going, what I can say more, I really recommend that place I have been there 7 days, and I well rested, have great time in Barcelona. Everything was perfect :)

I like how helpful the staff was at every moment, they helped you at every moment of the day. The pool was great to have and you can tan on the rooftop. The breakfast was great because there was so much variety of food and the omelet was incredibly good. The room service had a cost but the food was amazing. It's a bit far from the center so you don't hear a lot of the busy tourist life and it's great when you just want to relax.

The hotel is a Spa so you will end up paying a bit more for things. Although you are still in Barcelona, you are a bit far from the center and when you return home it will take a while to get back to the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast very expansive but worth of it!

Location was far from some touristic points in BCN but the train was very close 5 min walk. Our bathroom suffered a problem by dripping water from the ceiling and who fixed left everything so dirty. Also our room was in 1st floor, you can hear shit falling and hitting the plumb every toilet flush. That was very nasty! I woke up many times due to this specially in the mornings. It's a SPA hotel but it's not included on your stay, it's around 20 €/ person - 80 minutes.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were really nice and a special mention the Francesca. she was always helpful and smiling when assisting me. The hotel location is not to far from the main attractions that the city has to offer. The Camp Nou is a five minute walk, if you plan on seeing FC Barcelona matches it is a great place to stay at.It is close to 2 metros which bring you to the core of the city in 15 minutes and has some pretty good local bars and restaurants. it also has many groceries stores close by. I will be back here again and highly recommend

there was nothing to dislike about the hotel

Overall the property was terrific and was everything we required for our 3 night stay. Between 2 underground stations one with direct line to the airport, and only a 10ish minute walk to either one. Easy to get around using public transport from here. The reception staff were helpful and obliging. The pool was closed for rennovations unfortunatly, though this was not a big issue for us. The buffet breakfast was terrrific and great value. The room itself was quite spacious and it was great to be able to open windows and allow fresh air and hear the birds. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a large shower + rain head. With plenty of cupboard space and large comfortable bedding. We would stay again.

We had a situation with the next door room toilet cistern was stuck and continued to fill in the early hours of the morning, which was disturbing. We called the reception and they were able to locate the problem and rectify even though it was 4am.

The hotel was very clean, well presented and felt like you were walking into a 4star+ hotel.

Room 102 can hear running water from pipes from rooms above, when we were trying to sleep around 12pm, they're would be the noise of the water running away. In England I have a soft close toilet seat, your hotel rooms do not have this, for me I found I was slamming your toilet seats by accident at 5-6am or 1-2am when I had to go to the toilet. I'm sure the slamming of toilets that early in the morning doesn't please other guests, so soft close toilets would fix this.
