The beds were very comfortable and the heater had been put on for our late arrival.

I requested on booking a month prior to arriving a bathtub and quiet room and was only answered a day before arrival that I had not booked a room with bathtub and they were fully booked. I definitely would have booked a room with a bath had that been an option but it wasn’t which is why I had requested it on booking. And they replied they couldn’t guarantee a quiet room. In fact the side we were on was the noisiest side and big trucks drove past all night. The room was apparently serviced as the biscuits were replenished but our wet towels on the floor and beds were not made in a 3 nights booking. Customer service was not great.

For the style of accommodation, it was great value for money on a popular weekend. The room was clean and they provided bathroom essentials, even toothbrushes/toothpaste if you forgot them. It was very quiet in the evenings, surprising for a ground-floor room.

The room was not serviced during the three nights. This would be fine except someone did enter our room which was odd - the first day and picked up the bedcover off the floor and just piled it on a chair. On other days they empty the bin but they don't make your bed or touch the bathroom. Recommend asking about room service expectations when checking in.

Jill was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Spa bath nice however hard to get out of (for me).

Room service dinner was an added extra and much appreciated after a long drive. Chicken schnitzel very nice but vegetables were not fresh.

The rooms are quite dated however, dont let the initial asthetics fool you. I was extremely comfortable in my room and the facilities were terrific. I could order a fully cooked dinner and breakfast to my room. Great variety and quite deliscious. There was a well working reverse cycle aircon in the room. I used the heater for warmth and then the fan for overnight as I like the white noise. I was very happy with my stay.

Location and facilities were amazing. Shower was amazing.

The other guest who took up 2 car parks every time they parked in front of our room.

A little expensive, but we had been there before and found everything to be perfect. Decided it was worth the extra couple of dollars to know that we would be getting a quality stay.

Shower is inside of bathtub - not a problem for our family, but this could be difficult for some travellers with a lower level of mobility.

The premises was super clean and smelt amazing. Beds were comfortable. The pool looked beautiful. The room service prices were on par. And the lady at reception was lovely.

I didn’t like that the ash tray was at the bottom of the stairs and the stairwell was full of smoke.

Centrally located, clean and tidy

There wasn’t any shade at the pool and unfortunately the temperature was 43 degrees, the in room AC unit struggled

The room service meals were excellent. The chairs in the room were very comfortable.

Our room had a toaster but there were no plates or knives provided. I think that needs to be addressed.
