Very nice, stylish hotel. Interesting interior design. Spacious, comfortable room, with air conditioning. Cosmetics are needed in the bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). There is a sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. Free mineral water, coffee and tea. Extremely nice and helpful owner. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The owner carried our suitcases upstairs and prepared the room (turned on the lights, TV). We were very pleased. The bedding was clean and fragrant, and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this place. The property is close to the Grand Palace. We had a very nice time at this hotel.

Our family room was at the top. There are steep stairs leading there. This may be difficult for older or sick people.

A lovely place to stay in a very nice neighbourhood of Bangkok. In short walking distance of all important sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and streetfood. Special thanks to Den & Noy, two lovely and very friendly hosts whom let us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Good central location, nicely designed and decorated, very friendly staff, good quality boutique hotel.

No elevator, so difficult for the staff with lots of luggage if on upper floor, lots of noise from local area (traffic, shouting etc).

Very cute, off the beaten path. The neighborhood wasn't remarkable but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Once inside, there were lots of fun design choices to keep us comfortable and ready to head back into the heat. It was mid-November, but we got a surprise Christmas gift. The staff was always attentive and pleasant.

Not a problem for us, but note that there is no elevator. The bigger suites are higher up (no more than three flights of stairs). The coffee is the lobby was instant; that felt like a miss for the otherwise mid-high end vibe they are going for.

This hotel was truly wonderful! It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Anne was our host and she was very helpful with local tips, organizing airport transport, next door coffee shop recommendation, etc. Very good communication as well, since we missed our flight in the way in, and they were flexible with our check in. We are plant lovers and loved seeing a Thai constellation monstera in the hotel. Get the breakfast!! It is prepared with lots of care. We walked to most places and took Grab when going further out. Very central location.

However, there was a minor drawback as our room was facing the street which brought in some noise, especially during the busy hours. A pair of earplugs was a simple solution and helped ensure a peaceful sleep.

Staying here was a joy! It’s ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Palace, temples, and Khao San Road. The area is lively with local food options, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The stylish decor and genuinely friendly staff made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect far from the busy area but close enough if you want to go out. I recommend Mango vegetarian restaurant 15 min walking. Staff is pleasant The style of the hotel is very nice. There is only stairs so if you have difficulty with that be aware.

I did not like the fabric of the bedsheets that seemed to be synthetic, horrible feeling and it makes you sweat

The room was large and had its own private balcony, full of green plants. I loved having my morning coffee there or a break in the afternoon. The hotel is extremely well located. Close to the grand palace and other points of interest so you can arrive before the tourist rush. Lots the proximity with Chinatown and great food options.

What can I say? I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and different places throughout the world, and this is one of my all time favourites. The rooms are amazing, the attention to detail in the fitout is outstanding, the bedding is so comfortable, the location is perfect and soooo centrally located, but the best part is the incredible staff. Rarely have I felt so welcomed, and I wish I could spend the rest of my life here.
