I had an excellent stay at The HUB Hotel Addis Ababa. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The airport transfer was seamless, making my arrival stress-free. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Bole International Airport, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, with brand-new bedding that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, thanks to the cordial and diligent housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned my room—she made sure everything was spotless. The entire hotel team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. I felt genuinely valued as a guest throughout my stay. My recent stay at The Hub Hotel in Addis Ababa was absolutely amazing! The staff, especially Misarat at the front desk, treated me like royalty, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The spa was the crowning jewel of my stay at The Hub Hotel. This sanctuary of serenity boasts skilled therapists who possess the magic touch. Each massage session was a symphony of relaxation, customized to my specific needs and leaving me feeling utterly rejuvenated. The spa manager, Miss Banchi, is a treasure. Her passion and expertise are evident in every interaction, ensuring each guest receives personalized care and attention. The spa at the Hub hotel is a must. And let's not forget the unbeatable value! The Hub Hotel delivers a five-star experience at a fraction of the cost of other luxury hotels in Addis Ababa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tranquil, perfect for unwinding. The breathtaking views added magic to the experience. The hotel's response to mosquitoes ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel and room were beyond my expectations - spaciois and in high standard. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Staff were exceptionally accomodating. I value the airport shuttle service. I will try the spa when I come back next week, but looked great. The hotel is located in a nice area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Very safe.

The fitness center is dated, looks rarely used, could use cleaning amd upgrade, more variety of weights. I would personally turn the tredmills to face the windows. Matt on step overlapping amd could be dangerous, I suggest to cut it to size. Music would be nice there.

Good central location. Secure building. Pleasant comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice with eggs, spinach, etc. Hotel gives free airport shuttle. Would stay here again for the comfort

The gym is very poor. The treadmills slip heavily under your feet while running. Maybe its because I'm tall. But the gym is not like the photos on their website. There are 2 terrible treadmills. Barely any weights. A small bench. A lat pull down machine, an unusuable spinning bike, and nothing else really. I paid for a gym outside the hotel. Mosquitos in the room at night. Gets very Warm during the night. There is no aircon, and not even a fan. This is a problem all over Addis. If Addis Ababa wants to be more tourist friendly, they should add aircons or fans to their hotel rooms.

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone! I really look forward to coming back and seeing you all again!

The hotel is quite good, offering convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services. Its location, just under 10 minutes from the airport, is very convenient. Additionally, the restaurant is open all day. For example, my group arrived quite late at 11 PM, and we were still able to order and enjoy well-prepared, tasty meals.

The food preparation can sometimes take longer than expected. For instance, while they usually say it will be ready in 20 minutes, it often takes 30 to 40 minutes.

The location is excellent - lots of restaurants within a short walk - including a super Shiro Wat option. A great place for gelati is also nearby. There is a lot of see in the surrounding area - it is my favourite area to stay in Addis. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable, and the Internet (which I needed for online meetings) did not have a great speed, but it was very reliable. I had only one very short drop-out during my video calls. Staff were extremely good and courteous. I only ate one meal (a dinner) and it was fantastic! The Hub promotes itself as a business hotel - and it feels like one. I was very happy with my stay - it suited my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to the city.

There is some outside noise, but close the windows and the sound almost disappears. Finding the shuttle at the airport proved a bit difficult.

All staff are friendly, do not serve for tips, remember your needs and follow up to confirm your needs. No matter how late it is, someone will wait for you and call you a car. I have simple document printing needs that the hotel will handle for me. In particular, the front desk, Gashaw Asfaw, provided very friendly service during my stay. Merkebu Mebrat was gentle with my luggage and took it to my car across the road. If I came to Ethiopia again, I would choose this place again.

it was very good and clean. they contacted me before my arrival, ensuring i was picked up from the airport. the bedding was comfy. most comfortable stay in addis. the food is good. the waiting staff were friendly.

the hot water was an issue. it takes so much time. once i requested an additional duvet. they never delivered. they said they had called but since i didn’t answer they never came to my room. if i ordered a duvet then knock the door. i was cold that night.

While check out they failed to refund 50 usd nor the same amount in birr. The staff claimed that the balance should be utilized in restaurant or Laundry. At morning 2:30am how can you use restaurant or laundry service. Its like robbery, So after the argument i informed my friend to use that money on behalf of me, This is totally ridiculous that holding guest money and asked us to utilize at the time of checkout,
