Location was great close to shopping centre. Excellent communication and helped with arrangement for a very late check in (after 3am). Room was comfy with excellent aircon and wonderful modern bathroom. Prompt help from caring staff. The onsite Jeans Thai restaurant had excellent food and great caring staff. Decent onsite pool.

The area can hear a lot of sirens from police/ambulance but this didn’t bother me as much as it may others. The double bed was was 2 single beds made together and I’m not a fan of this arrangement, just a small personal preference but definitely not a deal breaker. My experience of the free wifi, was that it was too slow. I ended up using hotspot on my mobile to watch Netflix on room TV.

Clean, great location for us visiting nearby family, leafy surrounds, friendly, helpful staff. Pool and BBQ area great for families with children erc. Pretty comfortable overall.

Horrid sewer smell in room we first had, worse in room we moved to also in another room our relative had. In bathroom drains we think but seeping throughout. Small things that needed maintenance like battery ci wr in remote missing, burnt out bedside light, curtain rod, base iof oilet grout gone so sliding around a bit. Also it rained and outside tiles very slippery and dangerous.

Everything was perfect. Just the pillows were a little hard. But always clean and smells fresh when you walk in. The staff are super friendly! Will be back again for a 3rd time.

We were in an adjoining locked room. We didn't have a kitchen sink but we had the bathroom sink. The last time we had a sink in the kitchen area. The next door people were there with their kids, which kept us awake and therefore we didn't get a good night's sleep. But there's not much that can be done about that. That was the only downfall. Will be requesting a non-adjoined room next time as well as a sink. This hasn't deterred us though. We will be back!!

Huge room, very spacious for a motel room, lots of bench space in the kitchenette. Excellent fridge / freezer. Lovely comfy bed, lighting was good. Good heating. Nice new leather couch, plenty of seating options in the room. Dedicated dining table also office desk. Option of onsite Thai restaurant, walking distance to other choices. Dedicated free parking. Friendly staff. Quiet area. All units were ground level. Handy to the Airport.

Had to wash the dishes in the vanity sink.

Arrived a couple of hours early and staff were more than accommodating to get room ready for me. King bed (not 2 singles pushed together) very comfortable 5-10 mins away from local amenities Room very clean

No complaints as such but maybe provide decent coffee sachets (not the International roast!) and perhaps some biscuits, like most places. Paying for a King Spa room (about $225 a night) would've been nice to have decent coffee!

Loved the comfortable king bed, the shower had great pressure and was a good size, parking was great, good location, very big room, nice and quiet.

such a big space needed a small table and chairs to sit at or at least a couple of stools so you could use the lovely big bench. Room could really do with a paint walls are quite marked. Don't like that accommodation feels the need to hike up prices because of school holidays, feels like gouging.

The property was fantastic. Firstly, the staff were great! For a suburban motel, I was super impressed with the cleanliness - even the external and gardens were pristine. They really looked after us during out stay. The beds...super comfortable.

There was a smell in the shower drain one night however the Night Manager quickly resolved. These things happen. What I was happy with was the level of service and quick response.

large room which is unusual for a motel. Very clean. This king room has a full kitchen! Bed is made with two sheets, blanket in between, so nice and clean. Able to sit outside which is a bonus. Bathroom modern and clean - I like clean! Restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows - they were to hard for us, but you can't please everyone! We usually travel with our own.

We were very happy with our room, everything was fine. Possible a few extra pillows would be nice and slide on the bathroom window as residence at the back can see in the window if light is on. I only mentioned those two things just as a little improvement for comfort. Good value for money we thought and close proximity to the Brisbane Airport. It suited us as it was also proximity to Chermside Shopping Centre which we had to attend the following morning. Would very much stay again and recommend the motel. We like at motel with microwave and kitchen facilities

We stayed in 54. Very comfortable and spacious, nice big shower; didn’t feel like you were crammed into a shower cubicle. Found the beds very comfortable & nice quiet room. Room had plenty of space and a good supply of kitchen amenities-Would be very handy to add a sharp knife & a pair of scissors in the utensils

Did have someone in neighbouring room that were smoking out the front, even though there was a strictly no smoking sign within 2metres.
