Wonderful stay! Attention to details is exceptional (free bottled water, good decoration, one small biscuit, tea, personalized towels, etc), the room is clean and big with a balcony, with a comfortable bed and big tv with Netflix. Good location near the central piazza. The breakfast is included in a cafeteria 1 min away (cornetto and coffee, with a warm service). The check-in is online, the host Daniela is super nice and responsive.

Shower is not too big and the shower head could be better water, but is good enough

Not the owners fault but dog downstairs rarely stopped barking. In trying to pay tax due I was never able to find desk area. not a problem for us but be aware no elevator 3 flights of stairs

The location is right in the city center (from the patio you can see the Santuario and Mt Vesuvius). 2 of the train stations of Pompeii are just 4-5 minutes walk (Santuario (Circumvesuviana) and Central station (Trenitalia) ), one of the entrances to the ruins is just 8-10 minutes walk, main street with shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc is 2 minutes away. The room was very clean and very nice decorated. It is cleaned every day. Daniela, the owner, is very nice and helpful. This will absolutely be our first choice next time we go to Pompeii. PS: Dear Daniela, the extra bed for the child was an absolutely success. Now we have to put one in his room at home. 😁 Thank you very much for everything.

Room was very well located, close to the train station and to the entrance of the Pompeii ruins. Room was clean and bed comfortable. For the breakfast there was a miscommunication related to the correct place. We received vouchers with a restaurant name, but via WhatsApp the hotel provided a different information of location. Anyway a croissant and a coffee was offered by the restaurant in the voucher for breakfast.

Located in the center right between the two useful stations from/to Naples (one is for the Trenitalia line and the other for the Circumvesuviana line); Self-checkin; clean spacious room with a balcony; very close to Sanctuarium Beatae Virginis Rosarii; one of the entrances to the ancient Pompeii is also within walking distance; staff was nice and helpful over the chat.

The room is spacious and very clean. They cleaned it every day and it’s very good. Bed sheets smell like new and fresh laundry. They provided extra blankets and pillows, which is also great. I personally like the memory foam pillows. Communication with the host was also clear. Easy to check-in even though we arrived pretty late (around 8-9pm). Location is also great, close to the stations and restaurants/cafes, but still quiet at night as it’s located on the small road.

Just minor.. they didn’t provide water for free.

Great location - a few meters from the central place (Piazza Bartolo Longo). Still, it's very quiet, as it is at the backyard of the building. The room and bath are new and spacious, the bed is very comfortable (very good matress). The host Daniela is very nice, and room maid Anna is also doing a great work! I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Central location next to the main square. Nice modern room, a good size with a good modern bathroom My room was on the 2nd Floor so up 2 flights of stairs, I do not think there was a lift

The refrigerator in the room made some funny noises during the night, I think it was overheating perhaps

it was a problem with the check in . on the website and inside the room as well,it is whritten the check in can be done from 14:00 untill 20:30 . i made the reservation at 18:30 with the time of our arrivel between 19:00 and 20:00. i received a message from the host at 19:00 that she can be at the location not earlier than 20:30. so we wait more than 1h30mins outside , unfortunatly in a thunderstorm..the excuses were that they are changing the rules ..so i have to accepted ..not another choice!

We had a wonderful time in Pompeii in Loveinn rooms. Amazing views from the balcony and extraordinary cleaning service with bottled water every day. Elegantly design, especially the bathroom was so beautiful. Perfect location right in Pompei city centre. Would come back anytime.
