Everything except for the reception. They were so naive and lack courtesy.

The reception (Male & Female) were lost despite me showing the hotel reservation. They keep asking whether I have a booking and after 20 minutes waiting, they show me a different rate than what was confirmed. Simply amazing personnel, just wonder how they were chosen to be in front office. Not a single word of English despite using translation to Mandarin.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.The layout of the room was also a standout feature. The design was thoughtful, with the toilet and sink being separate, which I found particularly convenient. This setup would be ideal for groups or couples sharing the space, as it allows two people to use the bathroom area at the same time without getting in each other's way. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were of good quality. I had no issues with noise, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, which made for a restful stay.

The reception could have been more helpful with giving advice and recommendations for places of interests

The location is excellent for those who need to go to Dali or Lijiang by train as Kunming Railway Station is just 10 minutes away

Breakfast is not satisfactory and public toilets are not well maintained. No fridge in the room

we booking 2 standard double room , when check in , the receptionist say upgrade to us to slightly bigger room, we are so lucky , the staff is very helpful , the room and bathroom very clean and beautiful , the room space is huge , the room come with projector TV, the hotel facilities is amazing , after working hour if u need mineral water or towel , there have ROBOT delivery to your room, the location neat KUNMING train station , walking about 10min-15min can reach this hotel, at lobby area also have tour agency company , if u need day trip or more day , u can get there , the price is reasonable,

this hotel dont have drop off point , if raining u want to get in car abit difficult , will get wet sometime, but for me still is small problem.

The room was really spacious and clean. The location was also great. Lots of eateries just downstairs. There is also a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. Also a travel agent downstairs to help with tours and other arrangements.

The lifts are shared amongst many hotels in the same building. So can be a little jam when everyone is checking in or out etc. Other than that, all is good.

Spacious rooms, good water pressure, consistent water temperature, non-slip bathroom flooring and fast drainage of shower water Comfortable beds and pillows, good heating Reception was very helpful - they allow taobao parcel to be delivered to reception desk, they offered to deliver our food from meituan app to our hotel room and when we accidentally placed a food delivery order for a wrong address, they assisted to help with the refund process on the app. Kudos to the hotel reception staff for being so helpful!

Property is at floor 21 and above. There are 4 lifts but only 2 are non-smoking lifts. Would be good if all 4 lifts are non-smoking.

Very big and comfortable room enough for 4 people. Clean and slip-free toilet and strong shower pressure. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel at convenient location with many restaurants just downstairs. Also very near the main train station which was convenient for us.

Hotel rooms were located on the upper floors of the building even though check-in counter was on first floor. The 4 lifts were very old and scary to take, also very slow to go up since my room was on 23rd floor.

Location! It was close to the train station and a short Didi away from old street. The hotel was also close to a supermarket and many eateries. The water pressure was also great and the room was large and well kept.

The central temperature control. After the temperature has been hit, the fan turns off, making air in the room really still. Walls are also super thin such that it was possible to hear rather loudly the next room's TV, talking and other activities

Convenient enough location, not far from public transit. Plenty of taxis around too, with Didi also being a readily available option. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel has everything you need.

I didn't realize how far away it was from the train station. It looked like it was much closer on the map. It turned out to be a much longer and much more expensive ride than what I had anticipated upon arrival that night.

Great location, walking distance to the main railway station. We arrived late at night to rest and take next day train, the hotel met our expectations with 24/7 check in available, overall process is fast and the surrounding is quite as the hotel rooms are 20+ levels. Overall good experience, and value for money.

Seems levels could be accessed by public through a different lift without room card which might not be super safe.
