The staff went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious hot and cold items. Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff for doing such an exceptional job and welcoming us like we were a part of their family.

Close to Georgetown and Murrells Inlet, easy access to Hwy 707. They have a small and clean fitness center. They served a variety of hot foods at breakfast, including coffee, teas, juices, milk.

Overall this is a great property, and is clean. The only note would be it was built in the 90s so the finished are somewhat dated, but it still was very clean and well kept.

Location was excellent for going to the brookgreen gardens. Bed was very comfortable. I didn’t have the breakfast but my husband liked it.

Our room definitely needed an update. There was a sign in the lobby saying that they were in the midst of updating the rooms. Obviously we got one that was not done yet.

From the time we arrived until the morning we left we were treated like family. Exceptional staff especially Bonnie who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Location was perfect. Highly recommend to long term or short term travelers

I’ve always like the Hampton Inn brand. It’s my first choice when looking for a hotel. The best part of our stay was at check in. Bonnie did a wonderful job making us feel at home. She even sent me a follow up text to make sure my room was satisfactory. All I can say is - don’t lose her as an employee. She’s good!

Very clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, easy parking and located easily off of highway 17. Quiet area with wooded landscape yet in the city. Large flat screen TV and very comfortable bed. Nice large shower and bathroom. Nicely decorated hotel within budget.

The outdoor pool and hot tub didn't appear that it had been cleaned in awhile of course early in the season may be why.

Breakfast spread was amazing and fresh. Mike (breakfast duty) was lovely and helpful. Always moving and helping everyday he was there. Small conversations to brighten up my day. Frontdesk was always friendly and helpful, receiving my parcels and assisting with bags at check out ( I was in knee brace).

We were very comfortable, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options they provided were the best we have ever had at a hotel.

We would have used the hot tub but it need the leaves and pine needles cleaned out.

Everything was fine inside the hotel, but the whole weekend we were there, there was a trashcan outside the door of the building that smelled like fish. It was never changed…otherwise, great stay…the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
