Everything amazing! Amazing room with good soundproofing. Comfortable large bed. Amazing breakfast with many options. No dogs allowed in the hotel, which means that it is quiet and that there is a high level of hygiene (which isn't always the case these days...). The hotel staff are super helpful and give great advice on where to go hiking, how to get there, which restaurants to go to, and so on. Really amazing staff. Next time we are in Taipei, we will come back to this same hotel. Also, I will recommend the hotel to family members and friends who are interested in going to Taipei.

The service was top notch and they went above and beyond for me. The breakfast buffet was also top notch. The room was big and it was well furnished and very presentable. The choice for channels on the TV was good and there was an option to watch YouTube on it as well. The washroom was of ample and comfortable size was clean and well kept. The room was completely sound proof so ear plugs are not needed. Access to the hotel was easy from the MRT as the hotel was on a street with sidewalks.

The view from my room didn't really offer much to see i got to see a parking lot from the washroom side and the side of another building in the living area. Despite being able to control the thermostat the room was quite cold at 17c at night and there was no heating. The immediate location does not offer much for tourists. I wasn't provided a toothbrush and toothpaste

Awesome hotel with a great price. Location is good and in a quiet area of Taipei, but very close to everything.

The breakfast gets way too packed and there is no where to sit. Few times I couldnt get a seat for the breakfast, so I needed to skip. The breakfast food also runs out quickly if you get there in the later times of service.

The room was spacious and it looked very clean. The location was near Raohe Night Market, Ximending and Taipei Main Station and Taipei 101.

The breakfast they served was not really international buffet, it was very limited. Nothing special to it. Hopefully they can improve on this issue.

Breakfast was included and offer great variety of bread, fruit, eggs, carb in Asian and Western style. Rooms are spacious, quiet, neatly decorated and clean.

The gym was below average with only few old equipment. Small and not 24 hours. One room has bath tub but the other had only a shower. Weird.

The hotel was super comfortable and welcoming — people and facilities. The breakfast each morning was excellent and provided lots of different options. Also, the metro station is a quick 5 minute walk away.

There was still humidity inside the building while the AC was running.

Staff was excellent. Before we even walked in a staff member opened the door for us and asked if we needed help with our luggage. The room was huge and the bathtub was enormous and deep. The window to view the city by the bathtub was romantic even though our room's view was basically just a parking lot. The included breakfast was great with a lot of eastern and western food options. The shower was a separate room from the bathtub and it was nice.

The hotel is a little far from a train station so we had to walk about 10 minutes to and from the closest station.

Literally everything: -Staff were amazing. -The location is relatively central, with just 2 stops away from the central line. -Hotel lobby is welcoming, fuss-free check-in process. - Huge room and bed; clean; very nice bathroom; great facilities and awesome hotel breakfast.

The hotel provides exceptionally clean air, an excellent breakfast, a spacious bed, and large, pristine rooms. Everything is well-maintained and new, complemented by a prime location.

No negatives to report – an overall delightful stay.
