Friendly staff, receptionists(Lopez) were very professional and accomodating. Food was exceptional especially in pool & kokoran. Delicious breakfast buffet Customer service from restaurants superb ! Our pool villa was amazing. Activity such as balinese offering by lisna was memorable, educational and fun 😊

Shampoo/conditioner/soap should be in the packaging/container where we can see the ingredients. Same products used in the public spaces vs in the room House keeping service could be better. Lack of choices for tea in the room. No milk, in the friedge in the room, due to health concerns, a lot of people dont have prima. Fruits did not get replenished unless you prompt them. No scale in the facility

We absolutely loved the property and the spa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was flavourful. The staff are lovely!

The bathrooms were split between the toilet and the bathing area and that was a little inconvenient. The food menu was also limited is you were staying for a long time. They could add more food options.

This is a relatively new hotel and everything is great apart from the restaurants. Breakfast was very limited if you don’t want an Asian cuisine as as it is served outside there is a problem with ants/bugs able to get to the food. eg bread hanging on the wall We also ate in one of the restaurants and the quality of the food wasn’t great - menu was very odd and I would probably rate as my worst meal in Bali for taste (very little!) The price was also very high. A glass of house wine was also over 200K which was ridiculous Due to the location it’s not easy to eat outside the hotel as in the middle of nowhere so at least 15 mins taxi ride outside

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Kappa Senses to the fullest: Our suite with private whirlpool was just awesome, the whole hotel area was just stunning. The pools, especially the jungle pool, were amazing so that it was very easy to relax. Not to forget the food in the restaurants - just delicious!! Most of all everyone working at Kappa Senses made our vacation so special. The staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful and everyone made us feel so welcome. Special thanks goes to Tyara, Dyan, Ayu and Dika for being just wonderful!! Thank you everyone!! We will definitely be back :-)

The staff were super welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We couldn't say enough good things about the entire Kappa Senses crew during our 3-night visit. Breakfast was a standout, with an awesome mix of Indonesian and Western dishes and tons of options. We were excited to see what was on the menu each morning! The on-site restaurants were also fantastic, offering a huge variety of delicious food. We spent most of our time chilling by our private pool and the main resort pool, having a great time and already looking forward to coming back. The Omtara Spa by Clarins was amazing. If you're thinking about going, definitely treat yourself to one of the packages – it's totally worth it!

This isn't a complaint at all, just a suggestion to enhance the in-villa experience. The daily delivery of 6 x 330ml bottles of water is always appreciated. However, I think installing a larger bottled water system in the villa could help reduce waste. In the next place we stayed at, our villa had a 10-litre bottle with a dispenser, which was a great idea for guests who can't drink the tap water.

I stayed at Kappa Senses with 2 of my friends. On arrival they provided us with warm towels and a welcome drink. To our surprise, they upgraded our room to the jungle suite with the jacuzzi which we loved! The room exceeded our expectations (very spacious, clean and practical) and we were able to communicate with the staff easily through phone call or whatsapp. The staff we kind enough to give us a buggy ride when we got lost on the first day! We loved the buffet breakfast, the complementary photo provided by the photographer, gym and in-room dining options. We were also offered late checkout to 5pm since we had a red-eye flight back home. We loved our stay and would defintiely stay with Kappa Senses again!

The service is good. The Asian restaurant is good quality but very limited choice. Good choice for breakfast.

The hotel is a bit sterile as it does not give you a Bali feeling. The rooms are good ., the one with he pool facing rice fields is very good, but in general it is not the hotel where you feel like in Bali. The pool restaurant should be better and coffee for breakfast is not acceptable. They should do it in manually not with a Jura machine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kappa Senses in Ubud, Bali, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which was truly spectacular. There was an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, including vegan-friendly options. The sweet treats were especially delightful. Another standout feature was the 24/7 room service, which came at no additional cost. This convenience greatly enhanced my stay. The resort was impeccably clean, and the staff were consistently welcoming and polite. All in all, Kappa Senses offered a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

The bed in my villa was not as comfortable as I had hoped, and the villa pool was quite small, suitable only for a brief dip. For future stays, I would opt for a villa without a pool. Despite these issues, my stay was amazing. Overall, Kappa Senses offers a great experience.
