Just passing through to sleep, 2 adults 3 kids. Fast check in, had the room ready at like 11p for us when we were coming through. It was clean, nice, spacious- our kids loved that. We asked them to bring us up towels at like 12A and they did which was nice since we had been in the car for 10 hours. I would say the only con for us is the shower pressure wasn’t great. But I would stay here again either way. They had a gym (we didn’t use) but was really nice. And washer and dryer set up too.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast that was included in the stay was decent.

The breakfast could of included fruit. It would list fruit as an option but one day of 4 bananas were offered. Also, we stayed with a group of people that are pranksters and charged some things to our room without our permission. They weren’t even guest in our room. They stayed in a separate room. They were able to charge food items by giving my name and room number. The hotel Doesn’t have a good process for preventing things like this. They also couldn’t remove the chargers from my room, although they weren’t mine or approved by anyone in my room. This process needs to change so things like this can’t happen.

the breakfast good in what was served, no protein bacon or other on the weekend , no fruit either fresh or cut up like melons grapes nor whole fruit . We missed the availability of it . our bed was on the soft side to old maybe and it moved around very easily even when sitting down or getting in it . if you bumped or leaned on it the whole bed slid or moved We still like your hotel and would like to see a little lower costs per nights of stay especially on non holiday dates your staff is helpful polite and enjoyable thank you

Negative: I discovered the door to my room didn’t lock when closed upon leaving room which was unsafe. I discovered the issue the day I was leaving and loading my car. I made several trips to my room and car. I reported this issue to the hotel clerk when checking out.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient, easy exit off interstate.

I didn’t like the bed pillows, too much like feather pillows. I would have liked some body lotion along with soap and shampoo. (Sometimes I forget to bring mine)

It was modern and up to date. The a/c worked great, and breakfast was good.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed was super soft. I don't know if all the beds are soft like this, I should have checked it out when we first got to the room, but didn't think about it. I just prefer a firmer bed, but if you like SOFT this is the place for you.

I liked the materials used to finish the hotel. Quite comfortable. Pillows were just ok. Thankfully had plenty of them. Lobby and breakfast area were a great layout.

I would have liked to be on the front of the building because we were disturbed by interstate noise.

The staff! I called the hotel earlier that day and spoke with a super nice young lady. The from desk staff was really nice and the breakfast lady did a wonderful job!

We were placed on the ground floor which wasn’t what we requested. The wallpaper was peeking in the bathroom.

Alicia, was terrific, awesome customer service! Friendly, professional and went the extra mile! After an unfortunate booking disaster with Quality Inn and Suites, I rebooked with Booking.com and then showed up 5 minutes later, they had 2 rooms, the first wasn't ready. When she set up the second room she discounted my stay for the inconvenience. What a tremendous relief to have great service and the Best Western Plus is now a hotel I will look for when I travel.

Breakfast was perfect; done properly and good selection and variety. The location was great; easy to find and the town the hotel is located in is not too busy. The hotel seems to have just gone through a refurbish, so, everthing seemed clean and new.

The hotel may have just been re-furished, so, there were some items due to that, that I thought were a bit sketchy; the smell of paint and wallpaper glue were intense in the hallways and the fit and finish of items in the room restrooms were lacking; I seriously thought I was going to break the shower head right off when I was adjusting it; it was so loose; the faucet in the tub had tons of caulk around it, I’ve never actually seen that before; whoever did the plumbing install in the building was a hack; the hotel should request money back for shoddy worksmanship, IMO.
