Property was to expectations for a Hampton. Good size room, great customer service. Good shower, but no handheld device. Great lobby with fireplace. Downside, tv in lobby on cnn with no way to change it. We were only ones there. That sucked. Breakfast was ok for our taste, after many trips to Europe, no comparison. They shuttle they use is from Embassy suites sister hotels does not run past midnight. Uber was an issue 2 PM on December 27. It is what it is just information. On the map the property is next to the airport but it takes 15 minutes driving due to the highway design. Not not 5 min. Was concerned about noise near the airport. Not a problem, was quiet room 412.

Breakfast 5/10. Runny eggs without taste a little bit spicy. Potatoes spicy. Not enough fruits only banana apples and some oranges. I understand December.

Cleanliness of room and eating/dining areas. Loved the provisions of toiletries-shampoos, lotions, etc.

When I checked in the male staff member at front desk did not greet me-no hello, welcome in, or how can I help you. He just stared at me and seemed more annoyed that I was there. He did not make a good first impression for your company.

Very peaceful, convenient location. Very close to Brier Creek Commons, full of stores and restaurants. Will be using this location in the future

Not necessarily about the property itself but our rooms shower head had no pressure whatsoever, was really hoping and looking forward to using the different settings of the shower head but none of them worked. Was bummed about that

Everything was perfect!

When we arrived my reservation wasn’t showing up but Dani was very sweet and was able to speak with the manager to get it situated. My sister also used Booking to reserve her room and Dani was nice enough to look her up and she wasn’t showing in the system either but when she arrived she did not have any issues. My daughters birthday would have been ruined so hopefully that will never happen again

The room was nice and spacious. My daughter had room to run around. She loved the pool. And the breakfast was pretty good. Also liked that there were fresh baked cookies daily! That was a sweet treat.

There was an issue with the alarm system. There was an evening where everyone had to stand outside for some time. The next morning the alarms went off a few times which was very annoying and loud especially since it was very early in the morning.

The hotel had shuttle to/from airport. Hotel was clean, lobby was inviting, staff was super nice and helpful.

Beds made horrible sounds from the bed frame, creaking was annoying when trying sleep everytime someone moved you heard it, Mattress was comfortable though Bathroom door needed cleaned, surfaces everyone touches like doors should be clean after every stay.

Spacious, clean room and the person working the checkin desk was very welcoming

My shuttle driver didn't turn up, which was quite stressful. One of the other staff drove me, so all was okay in the end, but I arrived at the airport later than desired and had to rush.

Spectacular. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

Breakfast was good, nice variety. Location was good. Room was excellent. Nice and quiet. Shuttle to airport was convenient and on time.

Lady at reception desk was unhelpful. She basically checked us in with little conversation and didn't provide any information. No restaurant. Plenty of options nearby but had to walk in the rain to get to. Airport shuttle to hotel only comes if you call the hotel which we didn't know. Lucky for us, another guest had called and was also waiting.

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The real complaint I have is the shower water pressure. Very low pressure, hard to get clean and rinsed. Unfortunately, I was charged for the room a second time once I arrived, despite having already paid on the Booking.com app. The receptionist was helpful and voided it after we discovered it, though.
