Have stayed here before when gathering with family. Comfortable with restaurants & shopping needs very nearby. Like that Dierbergs’ Supermarket and Target just around the corner. Staff extremely nice & helpful this stay.

Wish the common area had been open & inviting like when we stayed there couple yrs ago for family funeral. We inquired, though, and staff welcomed us to use it.

Everything was very clean, staff very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The pool was a little small/shallow for my kid but he still enjoyed it. Also, there were a few small trash items under the beds, maybe from not checking/cleaning under the beds but otherwise the room was very clean.

We really appreciate coffee in the room,great bed,bathroom was fine. Very clean ,great breakfast,nice staff.

Heat control, no wall plugs for electric toothbrush in bathroom or handsoap.$135:00 jumping to $168;00 over weekend, I will stay again. The lights a bit low for putting on makeup

We visited O’Fallon for a softball tournament the weekend of September 19th. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel was in a central location. There were plenty of food options both fast food and sit down restaurants. The hotel also sits directly next to a shopping center including a Target and Dierberg grocery store which is convenient for travelers. We were also about 5 minutes from the sports complex and 15-20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Overall, the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Our room was clean and pretty spacious with a large bench for our luggage, microwave and mini fridge. The counter space in the bathroom was great because there was plenty of room on both sides for his/hers toiletries. It was also nice to have a hot breakfast with plenty of options. Majority of hotels we have recently stayed only have granola bars and fruit. It was great to have the full options of the complimentary breakfast included with your stay. Plenty of parking was available our entire stay.

We had a little bit of a hard time checking in to the hotel. When we arrived for check-in we were informed our room was not ready. It was close to 4:00pm and check in time is 3:00pm. They told of 20 minutes and our room would be ready. We drove around the area to check out the food options and returned only to be told our room still wasn’t ready-another 20 minutes. We decided to go to the grocery store to get some beverages and snacks for the stay and then returned for the third time-room was “almost” ready. it was close to 5:45pm by the time we were able to finally get our room keys and check in. No, we did not ask for a late check-in time. I will assume that maybe they were understaffed however, no explanation was given for the delay other then the room “isn’t ready”.

The service , the helpful staff, the breakfast, the room was comfortable. and clean.

there were a couple places in the ceiling in the lobby that needed attention looked like a leak
