I travel alone so safety is a big concern for me. The halls are well lit as well as the parking lot. I also like that there is not a lot of noise. The beds are comfortable. I would like a flatter pillow. The staff is always accomodating. I also lik e having a hot meal in the morning.

I don't like bargaining for a room rate. When I first called the rate was going to be $200 and some change. That was an increase from my last stay so I declined. A few days later I recieved an email offering a lower rate. I am a rewards member, I'd rather have a lowered rate than points..

Great location near shopping, restaurants, and activities for kids/families. The room was small but comfortable; beds suited our needs. Even though the hotel is close to the highway and other busy roads, the noise did not bother us in the room. Free breakfast in the morning.

There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast. With as many people with dairy allergies these days, one would think that a non-dairy milk option would be standard. Likewise, the breakfast choices were limited for those who don't/can't consume eggs/dairy/meat.

Location was good. Breakfast was great, suggest adding more fruits. They only had apple and banana. The 5 pm snack was great with 3 drinks included. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

Cleanliness could be better. Room was a lil dusty. I always check the sheets and bed upon arrival and found some hair on the bed. Pillows were a lil stinky and lumpy. Suggest getting new pillows and double up pillow covers that may help prevent someone’s smelly head from stinking up the actual pillow. Suggest having more roll away beds readily available. Seemed like there was only 1 staff member working the night shift. We arrived about 1130 and since she was the only one there, it took her a while to bring up extra linen.

Beautiful rooms! Very quiet! Great breakfast every morning and dinner in the evening! Plenty of towels for the time of stay! Enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. The staff were awesome! Very friendly and kind! Genuine kindness! Staff was able to answer any and all my questions!

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

FREE Breakfast was available for my family every morning. The location is near everything. There are several restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. Let's not forget the restaurant "BOB EVANS" that is attached to it.

The only thing that could have been better, but was not a deal breaker is that bathrooms could have been cleaner. Traces of "hair" was left on the toilet and tub. Let's put some elbow in cleaning the bathrooms.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet location right off Highway 64. Incredibly quiet for the location. Ample parking, great car park lighting (safe!!), great sized rooms with everything a business traveller passing through could need. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance for lunch or an evening meal. A great example of a Drury Inn Property. Congratulations!!

Everything was just great.

The hotel’s location was perfect, right off the interstate. The room was clean with comfortable beds and amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The television channels offered were very good. And of course, the breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for the fresh popped popcorn every night, and a special thank you for not salting it.

I cannot think of anything that wasn’t to my liking.

I loved everything about this hotel. the rooms were nice and clean! The bathroom was big! Most of all I love the free refreshments and the drinks (alcohol and nonalcoholic). breakfast was amazing! overall a 10/10!

limited to 3 alcoholic drinks. The front desk didn’t explain that the card (voucher) that was given to us during check in was for alcohol drinks etc…apparently the housekeeper cleaned our room and threw our cards away but lucky the front desk gave another refreshment card.

The snack time hours had an amazing variety of food, that actually tasted great. My kids both cleaned their plates. We also enjoyed the pool area.b

I expected it to be a lot closer to downtown st Louis. But the drive was not long. It's just when booking the room it made it seem much more closer to the arch

We had no idea that you receive FREE DINNER as well as free breakfast. And, each adult received a voucher for three drinks each, every night of the stay. What!?!

The pool was an odd color in my opinion and was fairly small. That said, the kids loved the indoor/outdoor feature.
