We stayed at this hotel 2 days ago. I loved the hotel. Everything was new, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The two days we were there they changed the menu so it wasn't the same. The staff was very friendly, always trying to help. The same goes for the people who work making sure everything is okay at breakfast and also the people at the reception. Marcy helped me a lot and it was very special. I will definitely return to that hotel and I will also recommend it to my friends.

Nada, todo bien, personal amable y profesional

The breakfast is a great deal with quality food and enjoyable. Although it would be nice to have it available later in the morning on weekends too. Some people don’t get up early and are ready in time to come down.

The complimentary coffee in the room could be better. Although a Starbucks is across the street so we went there. For a 3 night stay I was disappointed that cleaning didn’t prep the room with all the same items as other days.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and spacious. Also, a staff member named Martha, who works the front dest, was exceptionally helpful, very attentive, and professional. The continental breakfast was amazing. The food was fresh and very tasty. Will most definitely come back again.

The AC in the pool area wasn't working properly

Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and the cinnamon rolls! Beds were super comfy, lots of pillows. Bathroom actually had towel bars.

So minor - the USB charge plugs between the beds were unusable, as they were a bit off-centered, and the cords did not fit. Plenty of other outlets in the room, so able to work with it.

Everything. Amazing value for money, with modern, clean hotel with loads of amenities for a short or longer stay. Rooms brilliantly designed by someone who actually stays in hotels, so worked perfectly. Warm welcome from staff and ample free parking on site.

Only grumble was the air con unit in the room was quite loud and seemed to have a bit of a life of its own! But could have been user error!

Property was super nice, clean, and very comfortable. The room was a large room with plenty of space. The bathroom was also quite large with a great shower.

The only thing we had a problem with was that the address in google maps took us miles in the opposite direction down a primitive road. The hotel was aware this had been happening to people, but didn’t know how to get it fixed. So, if you want to find it…google the Lowe’s in Bullhead City and follow that address. it’s right across the street from it!

this is a new facility. It is immaculate. our room was huge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was adequately furnished. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. From what I saw of the other options in town, this was definitely the best hotel in Bullhead City. We went to the Ranch Grill for dinner and it was great, the view up there is stunning and food and service were great.

The most excellent service by the front desk with Marcie & Rachel. The fantastic breakfast spread each morning. The best queen beds, linens, great full size pillows & wonderful comforter. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super clean and pool was a plus inside.

What i really didn’t like was my neighbor banged on my door because my one year old daughter was crying. It was 8 pm not even quiet time in hotels.

The staff was friendly. The building is new and clean. The bedding is amazing! Consistent accommodations every time I stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

The price was steep, even for a nice hotel. It's in Bullhead City, AZ... The breakfast is served too early for me to utilize or enjoy. I don't get up at the crack of dawn on a normal day, much less when I'm on VACATION! Not really impressed with the casual, unprofessional look of the staff.
