Klaus and Veronika were incredible hosts and made everything about our stay that much better. From the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, the hospitality provided was the best we have experienced in Europe. Nothing was too much trouble, they answered every question and query and were always welcoming. The hotel was extremely homely & spacious and we would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beds a little bit hard, but room was spacious & bathroom was huge. Heaps of storage space which made up for it!

Very well equipped hotel. Amazing facilities with a sauna overlooking the main slope into town and a well equipped gym if you have any strength left after a day on the slopes or hiking. The owners and staff were all very attentive and helpful and always on call when needed. Extra touches like the tea after skiing and the honesty bar and free tea/coffee facilities were also great. Just a 6 minute walk to the main lift up to the slopes.

The piped music throughout the hotel (including the sauna etc where it was too loud to relax properly) was a little bit too much some of the time. Though of course you could not hear it in the rooms! Also as is usual in Europe, the hotel pillows were like a couple of cotton wool balls in a sack! Why not provide something of quality when you have a hotel this lovely.

Probably the nicest staff I have met at a hotel/BnB in Germany and Austria. The family were so welcoming and helpful. The property is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. They have managed to keep the old style BnB atmosphere while adding facilities like a sauna/gym etc that bring it to hotel standards.

The sauna was not open in the mornings but only in the afternoon - this makes sense in winter but would be be nice if it was open in the morning in summer (it was too hot in the afternoon to really use it).

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we loved it just as much as the second time. We were first here in winter for skiiing but its just as nice in the summer. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hotel staff could not be more welcoming or accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable with beautiful views and the location of the hotel is perfect. Its quiet but still very close to everything in Kitzbuhel. We can't wait for our next visit!

Perfect location for those who are going for skiing. Short walk directly to the Hahnenkamm ski lift. There are also great restaurants and spa at a walking distance from the hotel. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had great coffee and perfect scrambled eggs and the hotel offers an end of the afternoon snack buffet, with delicious cake. I would highlight the hosts are extra nice, which gives a more personal touch to the stay. I recommend this hotel and would definitely repeat this stay.

The property was perfect. The decor was quant, the accommodation was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could wish for with an exceptionally warm Welcome. This hotel really is a secret gem hidden in the mountains!

I loved every thing about this property. From the moment we got there, Klaus and his family were the most welcoming of hosts that I’ve ever experienced on vacation . The location of the hotel was perfectly positioned for the slopes and exploring the beautiful town.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. The breakfast, the location, and the staff were all top notch and we will definitely be recommending to all our friends/family. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about making your stay special. The location is great, it’s close to town and the main lift. Can’t wait to visit again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the Hahnenkamm gondola and the train station. Kitzbuhel centre is only a short walk further. Breakfast was super and well organized. Overall the hospitality of the hosts is amazing.

The shower in our room could was quite low and as we are tall people we did not fit under. It was not a big problem as we could detach the shower and manually lift it higher.

I didn't want something right in the middle of town to avoid late night rowdiness nor did I want a superficial hotel experience. Edelweiss is a very short and beautiful walk to the main gondola in town (~5 minutes), restaurants, train station, and ski shops. The best part is probably the staff/owners! They were quite accommodating, personal and friendly without being too invasive or anything. The breakfast was perfect and somehow their coffee is simply amazing; I only needed one cup, but I usually got too small pots every morning. I sadly didn't get a chance to try dinner at Edelweiss because I had other plans with the rest of my group in town. I love this little place and hope to return!

Firstly the staff can’t be commended enough. Customer service is at the heart of everything they do, and you feel that from the moment you arrive. We have travelled extensively, and I can’t remember experiencing more positive and genuine hosts, and across the board every one of the staff make a big effort to ensure your stay is as positive as possible. The location is ideal - a short walk in ski boots over to the main lift, and a short walk into the centre of town. The hotel itself is very quaint and stylishly decorated. The large, secure boot room in the basement is great for ski equipment, alongside a stylish wine cellar (which we enjoyed quite a bit of great wine from for a short stay!). The rooms look out over the Alps - ours looked out to the Hahnenkamm Streif World Cup ski run. The food is excellent. This hotel cannot be faulted. If you are looking for a personable experience in a location at the heart of Kitzbuhel, we cannot recommend highly enough.
