The location is great, right outside exit 3 of Ximen station. There are also bakeries and convenience stores near the hotel. There is a 24/7 drink station at the basement. The water pressure of the shower is strong.

We cannot control the temperature of the AC. It stays at 24-25 degrees celsium (which is warm for us), however you try to control it. We can easily hear the noise from other rooms or the hallway.

I like the service the hotel provide to us, have washing machine and cup noodle after 10pm. In the room, also have snack to us every day. I will recommend to friend and family if they need to travel and looking for hotel and i will stay in this hotel when i travel taipei next time.

Sound insulation is not good.

We felt very welcome in this hotel with the warmth of the front desk staff. They are very approachable and helpful. Great Job!

Maybe need to sound proof the corridor.

the location is near enough to Ximending but with a bit of distance of 'peace'. the room was clean and sheets and amenities nicely provided. i also like the additional touch of a handwritten note on some of the night markets recommendations by the hotel. They also provide preorder delivery for basic souvenirs like pineapple pastry and tai yang bing. On the day of checkout i noticed there's also the preorder of the famous Fu Hang soymilk too! Surely to try when i next check in with them.

the soundproofing of the rooms were really bad, understand that this is an old building and the mgt did heads up for us to bring along ear plugs. as a light sleeper if not for the ear plugs i would have suffered at night.

Staff are fantastic. They give you the feeling of being very welcome. You get free coffee, free drinks and free snacks every day. Coffee machine works 24/7. In the basement, there is a lobby where you can hang out, cook, and do your laundry including ironing. here is a convenience store right next to the hotel with plenty meal kits. If you walk about 5 minutes, there is a store where you can get fresh pressed juice very cheap. And chains like Subway or Starbucks. Also, you are right next to XIMEN station and the city - fantastic shopping district, similar to Meyong Dong in Seoul. With the Metro, you can get anywhere fast and its only 25 minutes from the airport. Bathroom is huge, bed is comfy... would def. book again!

The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping are in place.

Sometimes you may need to be patient waiting for lift, only one lift available. Nothing else to complain about.

The location is really the +++ point. Cause is like so so so convenience. Is not in the heart of Ximending but just across the road. Surrounded by some stall which serve good local food. And is service by 2 train exit which is like less than 3 mins walk (1 min if you are fast enough cause is just across the road.) To Ximending is less than 5 mins (+ 2 mins for walking at the traffic light). The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, BUT they provide free cup noodles between 2200 - 0000 hrs daily. Unlimited and they have different favors too. (up to 8?) they have a nice basement living room area for you to consume your food, free laundry area (24 hrs, 3 washer and dryer), unlimited coffee, milk team lemon tea.

The WIFI, good coverage but poor connection.

Hotel is strategically location between exit 3 and 4 of the station, and a short distance walk to Ximending! The staffs were friendly and always eager to help~ The toilet is a surprisingly big, compared to the sleeping area.. but considering we have a bathtub in it, I guess it makes sense. The room are small but sufficient. The basement area to rest, do laundry and have some tea is amazing!

It would be great if there are more lifts, and soundproofing as the doors slam pretty hard.

The staffs are very nice and friendly as they took prompt action example when one of the room lighting cannot switch off, the next day they changed us to a new room. The room is clean and well maintained, including the pantry area. Pantry area located at basement was a good gathering place for people to buy back food and enjoy eating together. There is also laundry and dry cleaning machine to use.

Personally it’s me who don’t really like bathtub hence finding the toilet too spacious. For elderly who can’t really walk far, although this place is near ximending, still require a 10 min walk to reach, crossing 3 traffic lights.
