Everything was clean. there was almost anything you'd find in a home from a Dishwasher to a microwave. cutting board, fridge, silverware, TV.pots, and bowls and plates.

There is no cleaning product in the laundry room and no light in the laundry room or the bathrooms next to it. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom during the nights and in my bed the first night, which woke me up crawling on my face. This was very surprising because overall it's a very clean accommodation.

The location was great. Very close to the central train station.

They were very unaccommodating for guests who are coming in from across the world. I tried to check in 10 minutes earlier and the staff told me the room wasn’t ready. I was so tired from the traveling that the mere 10 minutes would have meant everything to me. Also very rude

Our room was small, but well laid out, very modern, clean facilities. We did not use the kitchette, but it seemed very well stocked. We did use and were grateful for the laundry facilities in the basement, which were easy to use. Also an excellent location across from the train station.

I did not like that there was no one at the reception most of the time. I guess that makes me old fashioned. The Nespresso machine did not work properly in our apartment, but could not find someone to complain to about that.

These are business rooms and we travel here (summer) for our vacations for context. - I liked the self service model very much, you get to handle your room and there is a room in each floor with supplies to handle it yourself, so privacy. - Washing machines were cheap and free dryers - Close the window and you forget there is a street outside. - Cleanliness throughout. - Good nespresso machine in each of our rooms, plus machine for capsules next to reception, though machine in one language only. - There is a standing fan in each room to help with heat. - Location is very very good. - Liked the keycard generation process to access rooms

- Lack of air conditioning made sleeping at night harder. - Mattresses not the best, but ok. - An inflatable pillow would have been way better than those provided. - Glass shower door spills water outside due to bad bottom seal. - Standing fan could have been quieter. - Instructions given to operate the building door on arrival (first access) weren't clear enough, we actually had to help one night two travelers that were lost on the given instructions just as we were; they knew english well enough to discard language barrier as the reason. - Since this place uses hotelbird software, we were lost on how to translate one booking for two rooms from booking.com to two independent rooms in hotelbird software. - Sink in one room leaked.

Very very clean, well equipped with dishes, good location, close to the central station, close to metro and also shuttle buses from airport. Close to supermarket

As the staff are only available during working hours, you can’t leave your luggage after your checkout for a couple of hours

The stuff is so good. The reception team always helps us so kindly. It was so good. I deeply appreciate all stuff and cleaning people. Zerina Helped me with the dentist's issue. I could not explain in german, However, She called to Dentist to make an appointment, It was Hero, My pain tooth issue has been fixed. So Reception team always helped us so kindly, They are the Best in the world. Again, I deeply appreciate all staff, Everybody was so kind and so helpful. I cannot explain it in words. The location is great just 100 m from Wien Hbf.

Good location, just 2 stops to Karlskirche, 3 metro stops to St Stephans Cathedral or a pleasant half hour walk to the centre via Argentinienstrasse or the Belvedere Palace. Main train station & metro station are nearby Secure property, with entry door accessible via keycard Decent-size 22 square metre total floor space, including bathroom Very Comfortable mattresses Good lighting Plentiful power points Plentiful cupboard space Big bathroom Fridge

There is a lot packed into 22 square metres of total floor space, and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to use the available space to best advantage. The standard shower is Ok, but there is no safety anti-scalding feature and the water temperature does fluctuate a bit. No soap dispenser in the shower cubicle, no soap dish...nothing! No kettle, no tea pot No handles on the saucepans No sugar, salt/pepper or cooking oil Street noise including ambulance sirens was low-key but nevertheless disturbing Nowhere to store luggage between 11.00am checkout and our Ryanair flight in the evening, although there are options for storage at the nearby train station.

We had a lovely stay here over New Years. It was a bit expensive for what we paid, but it was also a peak holiday season and we booked late, so beggars can't be choosers! Overall, we loved our little apartment, it was cosy and warm. Easy to get into central Vienna on the trams and a convenient location to the main train station as well as other ways to get around the city. There are some restaurants and a super market nearby which is handy. When I come back to Vienna, I would definitely stay in a different area just to explore the city more and get a different vibe. But this was all good for our New Years holiday.

The pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable. The pillows were super lumpy, and as budget travellers used to staying in hostels and basic places, we expected a bit more. Also, the shower door didn’t close properly, so the bath mat got a little wet when we showered. It wasn’t a huge deal, though – we just hung the mat up to dry and it was fine.
