Free airport shuttle you can easily call from a free airport phone, though be aware the shuttle does not operate in the mornings. The reception was super friendly and helpful. For example, they gave me some taxi options that were great. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The room was clean and comfortable, nice quality soaps and supplemental free water (amongst other services). Beds were very comfortable.

Booked because you advertised having a shuttle bus to the airport but on arrival at Inn was told it wouldn't do so because of weather. However the driver did come to my aid & drive me there. Plus I requested for an early morning wake-up call which they failed to do

Nice hotel overall. Rooms were clean. They have a bar and lounge area to hang around and have some drinks with friends/family. The offered a full breakfast with a make your own waffle station, eggs, home fries, bacon etc. Located right by the airport and very close to all the major restaurants. Only a 5 min drive to the waterfront restaurants.

TV in room needed maintenance - fixed for a bit and then didn’t work in the am. Didn’t call maintenance as we were checking out Also breakfast buffet not as good as Holiday Inn Express. Need better coffee and Chobani yogurts. Yoplait is not a healthy yogurt.

Our inside night time lock locked while we were gone. We could not get into our room and the girl ant the front desk was no help at all. After becoming frustrated at her local of concern she threatens to call the police. She told us go find someone to stay with we can’t unlock your door. Terrible terrible.

The room was so well thought out with things like a pull-out desk, roomy bathroom with a shelf for makeup and pull-out baskets for hairdryer and personal items. Bath also had sturdy hooks that usually don't exist in most hotels.
