The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were most helpful for many things. When we first arrived they gave us a small but nice room that later in the day had a loud guest in the next room. We asked at the desk if they could move us and they did so immediately to a better room. And they were so nice about it! The staff names I remember that were especially helpful are Tomas, Emilia, and Manuel. We needed help with translation for our driver twice and they were so helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the nicest of all our hotels in Argentina/Brazil. It was not huge, but the best food, fresh fruit, good coffee, etc. And on our last day, we had family over that had stayed in a different place for breakfast for $10 per person. Very pleasant stay!! Good location in Mendoza.

The rooms were a bit small by some standards, but were roomy enough for me and my cousin.

What I like most about the hotel is its location in the heart of the city. It is just half a block from Avenida Sarmiento, one of the main streets, with numerous restaurants, including Azafrán, which has been awarded a Michelin Star. Additionally, the staff is fantastic—dedicated and helpful.

The breakfast options are limited, and the standard rooms that don't face the street are too small.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. As I mentioned in a previous comment, what I like most about the hotel is its location and the dedicated, helpful staff.

However, I want to address the bathrooms: while they are spacious and comfortable, they urgently need to be remodeled.

Breakfast was nothing special. And we were told that the swimming pool was not heated, so we did not use this or the garden at all

Nice hotel, great central location. Parking garage is really close by (cross the road) and safe to park your (rental) car.

Breakfast was good, but a bit basic.

There was no where to lock your things up at the spa when you went for a sauna. The jacuzzi was cold and there were no towels. Also the hotels doesn't have any coffee or tea in the rooms or at the dining area. You have to pay for coffee and cand only get a cup of coffee after 7am. If you have an early tour it's really frustrating. Staff are not very friendly

The breakfast was good but rather simple. There was fresh fruit available which was very nice. The staff at the reception was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from basically anything.

The bathroom could use some improving as the shower was pointed in the direction of the ceiling. I would not recommend to stay in the room next to the elevator. We woke up several times as loud neighbours got home and the elevator makes some sort of noise.

Well located, clean and easy to find.

You could hear everything that happened in the consecutive rooms. You could understand every word spoken and even if the person went for number 1 or number 2 in the toilet.

Clean modern boutique, staff very friendly and helpful when I lost my luggage at the airport
