This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and my Uber ride cost 9,000 pesos. The location is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, with the main tourist-focused eateries and bars located on Arístides Street. While there are some meal deals and drink specials available in this area, I personally didn’t find it appealing. On a more positive note, there are several charming parks nearby. The room we stayed in was okay but quite warm, and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning running continuously through the night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, though there is a water dispenser available for guests. The reception staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful with any queries.

The location couldn't be better. It is just a few blocks from the main plaza yet very quiet. I was able to walk all over the city. The room was small but very comfortable and since I was mostly out all day, I didn't need a big space. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well. I didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there were several patios where you could sit outside and relax. The breakfast was basic (bread, butter, preserves, fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea) but tasty and provided enough to start the morning. If I return to Mendoza in the future, I will definitely return here.

Excellent location.So near to everywhere you want to go in Santiago and still quiet at night.Only 20minutes walk from the bus station.Staff very helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

The only problem we did find was trying to charge our mobiles.When you're on holiday you are using your phone all the time.Maybe a USB charging point for mobile would be a good addition.

Excellent experience! That was my third time at the hotel and I have no reasons at all to change places. Highlights: location - very close to dozens of bars and restaurants (try La Central); personal - our checkout would be too early and they anticipated breakfast. Room, bathroom, cleanliness, everything perfect, besides the fact that the hotel has a cozy layout.

The hot water in my room took several minutes. They did put a sign up advising as such, nonetheless it was somewhat annoying (and wasteful)

When you enter the hotel there is a strong smell of cigarettes, luckily rooms did not have that smell.

Location is very good. Breakfast was basic but ok. Staff extremely polite and helpful. We had two rooms on two separate nights. One room ok. The second room much better and more spacious

Location is close to popular attractions. Good quiet place to rest with comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Neighbourhood is a bit rough. Lots of people harassing for money outside. Not the best to walk at night.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They also spoke English, which was helpful for us. The room/bathroom was modern and a nice size. Breakfast was delicious, also. The location was great! A few blocks in either direction took you to either Plaza Independencia or to a street full of bars and restaurants.

The WiFi had some issues at times. There were a few that we could connect to, but they would not have internet access at times. So we had to switch around until we found one that worked.
