Have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and there is a reason I keep coming back- it is a comfortable stay close to the city center and walking distance to anything you want to see! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! Rooms were large size and the bathroom had a large tub to relax in to take off the winter chill.

Cleaners came around a little too early on the checkout day (9am is a little early to clean for a checkout), but they were kind and apologized and no harm no foul! Wanted to make sure the room was spotless for the next guests as well!

Very convenient location. It is by the river, near the center and not far from the trainstation. Staff is friendly and they are ready to help Room is clean and good size. The bed and bathroom is very clean. I appreciate that there are proper glasses to drink from. Airco is perfect. With windows closed there is no street noise so it is quiet in the room. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. It may look a bit old style, however I appreciate that there are still places with the human interaction and service, if you need something there is someone there to answer.

The kettle was missing, but they could provide one the next day. It is not a big thing, and very nice to have one for each room, not only for some. Carpet is black around the edges, feels not so fresh when you step in first. However it is indeed very clean.

Everything was awesome! Location: short walking distance to all main sightseeing spots; the room: cosy, clean and comfortable; food: the choice of the buffet at breakfast met all possible wishes; but most of all is hospitality at the reception: the lady advised where to go for dinner, was so kind to provide me with the kettle which was badly needed as I caught a bit of cold - highly appreciated! Strongly recommend this accommodation and will stay there again when in Würzburg

Our double comfort room was huge! That space came in handy as we reorganized our bags during our 2 week visit. It also had a nice view of the castle across the river as well. The staff was competent and helpful at check in. Even better - dogs / pets were no additional charge! The shower was also hot with good water pressure. The hotel is a good location, only a 5-10 min walk from main sites in Wurzburg.

The rooms are a little bit older, but the size and price made up for that.

Super comfortable beds and quiet room. Our room for 3 had the single bed in its own room with own bathroom which suited our daughter. Best hotel bag wash we have ever encountered! Great breakfast with choices to suit everyone including our fussy vegetarian daughter. The environmental approach with 5€ minibar p/p in exchange for keeping towels and sheets in use during stay. Staff were lovely and afternoon male staff has perfect English and very helpful.

There was a fair amount of dust under the bed - my coat fell into the floor by the bed and picking it up it was covered in dust

Convenient location. EV charging station on the other side of the street, very convenient. Room is ok, furniture and carpets a bit out of fashion. Towel support wasn't well fixed in bathroom, but shower was good. Breakfast is very good, and not very pricey.

The house has the charm of days passed. I am afraid it will need a rather thorough renovation - but then it will probably a lot more expensive. No dining possibility, but there are plenty restaurants at walking distance.

The hotel had excellent fixtures and fittings and cleanliness. The local was excellent, right next to the river Main, only 2min from town centre and Altermainbrucker. Check out time was at 11am which is always great.

Being a 3 star hotel breakfast was a little limited. There are several cafes and bakeries within 2min walk of the hotel so breakfast at the hotel seemed a little pointless, but good to have that option..

The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient! Although the reason and circumstances of my stay were rather messy. They made my last-minute stay, due to an emergency situation, very pleasant. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast really good and relaxed. It’s a short walk from the hotel into the city center and it’s close to the train station as well as taxi stops and supermarkets. I can really recommend this hotel for a visit to the beautiful city of Würzburg and hope to return someday under more pleasant circumstances.

The rooms have an older style decor with dark red carpeting. However, the bathroom is modern and bright. There is a mini bar but no safe. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold items. The location is handy to restaurants and the river. There is no onsite parking but there a numerous parking lots/garages nearby. We ate at Enchilada and La Rustica, both of which had excellent food.

Lovely room, spacious and well appointed. Great breakfast, very helpful reception staff eager to assist with transport query. Would definitely stay there again!

Shower was a little tricky to use, water directed onto the floor required bathmat to mop up! But otherwise a very nice room and clean and comfortable.
