We were looking for a hotel close to the airport. The rooms were great, pool lovely. Breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. However the seat covers on the breakfast chairs were all dirty, it is difficult to clean them I suppose. Also the atmosphere at breakfast we didn’t like because many guests were eating in a way that good leftovers were all over the floor (this is nothing the hotel can influence, however we didn’t like it). Staff was very friendly. For our purposes, one night close to airport, it was great.

Nice and clean hotel. A typical 3* hotel, you can expect to see in Europe. Rooms are spacious enough for the occupancy, comfortable beds, a little bit worn-out but clean linens. Buffet breakfast is sufficient but not too lavish. Simple and nutritious. Pool is maintained well, good vibes, friendly and helpful staff.

Smell of mould in our room, neighborhood is a bit rough. WiFi is terrible. Very humid in the room, no proper ventilation

Once you walk into the swiss-bel hotel you a greeted with such lovely staff. The entire hotel is beautiful and brings such a wholesome environment to be in. From check in to check out we were taken care of & we had my 2 year old son with us. Having access to the restaurant with beautifully cooked food from the buffet breakfast, a quick bite at lunch or a yummy meal for dinner we were sorted. The pool was great fun for my son as he was able to walk around instead of being held all the time the little kids pool was just an absolute bonus. There was a kids centre which my son loved there was a staff member resented at all time which was absolutely god sent as times id need to go toilet if anything happened I would get a phone call from the staff member inside the kids room. The housekeeping service was great. the aircon was amazing. the balcony view facing the outside rather the pool was an absolute delight seeing the sunrise & sunset we enjoyed our stay we will most definitely be back. Breakfast was huge with a lot of variety and was good. Pool was also good for adults & kids, room was spacious with comfy beds & cleanliness was maintained. Staff was helpful.

The location is not upscale at all, neighborhood is not a place I would like to stay, but the hotel is good.

Spotless clean, with a gorgeous pool and food so good it should come with a warning label for overeating. The staff were so friendly, they made us feel like royalty—or at least like VIPs at a very chill palace. The hotel itself was simple, no over-the-top frills, but it had everything you could possibly need. Need a comfy bed? Check. Need great food? Double check. Need a pool that makes you feel like a movie star in a tropical paradise? Check and mate. Bonus points for being in Kuta, Bali—where even the air smells like vacation and adventure. Honestly, this place was so perfect we half-expected to find hidden cameras filming a luxury travel commercial. 10/10, would stay again and probably never leave!

Great location, modern room and facilities. Helpful staff and great buffet breakfast. The pool is lovely and the place has a great feel. Will definitely stay here again. Kailah (hope I spelt right) from the kids club was amazing! My children really liked her and enjoyed the time they doesn’t with her - great for us to be able to go off and have a massage while happy in the free kids club!

The pillows were quite large but reception changed these for smaller ones without hesitation when I asked. Great that they have a selection and responded very quickly! Other than that nothing negative to say!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Swiss-Belhotel Tuban Kuta! What we loved: • The inviting and open foyer immediately set a welcoming tone. Every staff member, from parking security to the front desk and beyond, greeted us warmly, making us feel genuinely valued. • The rooms were ideal for our needs—clean, with massive, incredibly comfortable beds. • We appreciated how efficiently issues were handled. For instance, a problem with the shower & the safe was promptly resolved by the maintenance team after a quick call to the front desk. • On multiple occasions, we requested fresh towels, bin liners, or replacement toiletries (like a shampoo pump), and Dui consistently responded quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. Thank you, Dui—Suksma! • While occasional room issues are to be expected, the staff’s efforts to address them promptly and effectively left us feeling happy and well-cared for. If we might offer some suggestions for improvement: • Adding ceiling fans in the foyer lounge areas would enhance comfort by circulating air and reducing the lingering cigarette smell. • The Delux Room with balcony & pool view could benefit from having a second chair to better accommodate couples. Very good service and terrific value. The staff were excellent, as was the breakfast. The very cheap upgrade to a balcony room (less than $2 for two nights) was a good decision for airflow & a taste of Bali life. The balcony was over looking a local school, which may not suit everyone due to the street noise with school drop off starting at 6.15am. Also, on our first morning, a bus loading kids for a school excursion before arrived at 5.30am which was pretty loud until the bus & kids departed.

The function room was on our floor so we had a Christmas party with a loud live band & kids running amok up & down the hallway for a few hours, but fortunately didn’t go on too late.

Our room cannot see the swimming pool as blocked with the tree. It was unfortunate as the balcony just directly has a pool view. The hotel has one main access to reach the lobby, restaurant and swimming pool at least from our room so we have to round the hotel to reach those places.
