Staff was very patient and friendly. We booked for one night. We were only staying so we could get some sleep because we had been driving for 2 days straight. We overslept the next morning because we were just so tired from driving for 36 hours straight and the staff was so patient with us and so friendly even though we were an hour over our checkout time. I was sure they were going to be rude to us but they let us take our time gathering our belongings and was very patient! We definitely will be revisiting one of their facilities in the future!!

The front desk staff is amazing especially I believe her name was Miss Joy. The black lady excuse me no racial intent by no means she’s very sweet. She’s very helpful. She’s very conversational. She’s actually like human normal human being actually interact with the residence very courteous she makes us stay worth itjust to give her a raise. because she makes this place amazing

The only thing that I have a problem with is that the doors need some hinge things on them so it could slow down from slamming all night

Miss Joy and Miss Jessica makes place worth staying. It’s amazing very clean very respectful very comfortable. Everything you’re looking for stay came one night and haven’t left yet. Thanks for the amazing stay and making me feel so at home you too rock Wood Springs y’all should really value your employees cause they make it worth staying they make you keep coming back .

Quiet, comfortable, safe, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel. Hotel staff are very nice. Night clerk, Arianne always greets every guest with a warm smile and willingness to make your stay like you are at home.

Air in the elevator is not cool enough, especially if someone got stuck in there more than a few minutes. Additional clean wash clothes should be available at all times, especially with another covid variant, causing people to be sick again.

We liked that the rooms had full kitchen setup and very comfortable beds. We also liked the location of the hotel close to all the restaurants and softball fields that we were playing in. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

It was a little noisy slamming of doors and loud footsteps from above room, but it did calm down after a while.

I love the space in the rooms there it’s amazing. They’re very clean when I walked in and smelt clean smelt sanitize. The bed was smell good the whole room smell good it didn’t smell like smoke. It was amazing. Staff is amazing especially front desk once again to mention, Miss Joy and Miss Jessica You two are amazing y’all rock.

New management.. definitely a different vibe a better vibe.. room I had on the 3rd floor was actually clean. No smells..

Elevator was out of order my whole stay...had to go up the stairwell..but I didn't mind only because I had a very good room. It was clean and comfortable.

The leadership has been very helpful in helping be able too take care of things financially Dewayne is a good leader an I believe Robert would make a good GM. Other staff is very good as well good work ethic and do what is necessary to get the job done. All have been very helpful during my difficult times of cancer treatment and I appreciate it very much.

Snack machine issues not the hotels issue. Everything else has been addressed

Great respite stay

The other guests with pets...some people should not have them if they can't keep them fresh and clean... The hotel needs pet odor eliminated cleaning products or air freshener especially for the hallways

Clean hotel with everything in your room to make you very comfortable. Large laundry, app controlled. Very close to many restaurants.
