Good location (in centre of town), the room is spacious and well appointed, and very clean.
Parking arrangement needs improvement. Guests do not get carpark space ensured, nor the hotel has a policy to ensure its carpark is reserved for hotel guests only. Consequently outsiders could take up all the spaces, leaving late-arriving hotel guests having no space and needing to park on the street (at the mercy of availability and charges). The room price was too high, but I suppose we had no choice due to the tourist season.

Centrally located Comfortable for a mid (at best) quality hotel. On checkin the front desk staff were amazing and even called our room immediately after to ask if the room was OK.
This is a nice enough hotel but there is nothing high end about it. Small rooms but that’s ok. The price was way too high for what the customer gets. Over 300 per night is very expensive for a mid level hotel. Had food at the restaurant for breakfast and supper. Very expensive for a low quality meal. Would never eat there again. I realize prices are driven by demand but it’s too bad there is so much price gouging. Person at the desk for our early morning check out was rude and grumpy at best.

The location of the Crimson is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in city center but not right in the middle which makes it a bit more accessible. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor so had a back door leading to the parking lot which made it easy to unload/load the car. We had dinner at the restaurant there and enjoyed good wine and beer along with our meals.
Parking is a bit tight, but one of the few places we stayed with free parking. The hotel is located across from a railroad yard. When you check in to the room, you will find packages of ear plugs and a note alerting guests to the potential train activity. I used the ear plugs and think I heard two trains but it did not disturb me at all. My husband did not use the ear plugs and was not disturbed either.

The staff was exceptional, I've never received such great care. I wish I remembered the name of the front desk clerk who was working at 5 pm on Saturday, May 4th. They were so friendly and just made my stay feel so comfortable. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was really nice, and the lighting was perfect. The view was beautiful, it is right by the train track but they provide earplugs if you need them! The room had a balcony which was very nice to sit and drink a coffee or tea and watch the sunrise/sunset. I just have to reiterate how terrific the staff was, just hospitality I'd never received at any hotel I've ever visited.
I guess my only complaint was no parking but I can't fault them for that, really. Jasper is very busy and they have limited parking.

The location is great to walk everywhere. The queen suite was very spacious as well. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take the duvets home. We knew there was gonna be noise from the train. It didn't bother us at all. A low rumble to put you to sleep. They supply ear plugs if you need them.
The parking lot is very tight. At least there was ample street parking. Not sure how much there will be during peak season. The heater/ac is very loud. Would have loved a little freezer compartment in our mini fridge to keep ice packs frozen.

Decent size room with a kitchenette Clean & well-maintained Wifi worked well A supermarket nearby - very handy Nice view from the balcony, I could even see elk along the train tracks
$50 per night credit card hold for incidentals Not much nearby other than the supermarket 10 min walk to the main downtown area (flat and easy to walk) The pool & sauna were not available during my stay (offered the possibility to use facilities at other Jasper hotels) While there is a kitchenette - it doesn't offer dishes, utensils etc. No closet, very limited space for hanging clothes Some noise from the train tracks Overall - the price was very high

Lots of parking available. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff in all parts of the hotel. Extra touches such as ear plugs for the train noise + a note about it. A yummy welcome sweet treat on the table in the room. Coffee! Fantastic kitchenette to use. Love the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom- that’s how to cut down on extra plastic and items that people will only use a bit of during their stay. Balcony- my husband loved watching the trains go by in the comfort of our room. Electric fireplace was enjoyable to watch. Lots of towels- more than two people could ever use, but very much appreciated. Staff greeting you in the hallways at all times. Such a lovely foyer to walk in to- clean windows and comfy seats to use.
Absolutely nothing!

Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. We like the location of the Crimson because it's close to restaurants and shops. Parking is easy to find either in the parking lot or on/across the street. We had a couple of meals in the Terra Restaurant and found them to be really tasty. All the staff are friendly and efficient.
We would have appreciated having some hangers in our room instead of just coat hooks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Crimson Jasper for two nights, and it was an exceptional experience. Upon my arrival, they kindly upgraded me to the SIGNAL SUITE, and it was nothing short of amazing. The suite boasted a breathtaking view from both the terrace and balcony, and it was incredibly spacious. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with the cozy TV lounge featuring a beautiful fireplace, made me feel right at home. I must commend Surge, the front desk attendant, for his friendliness and exceptional assistance. The service at The Crimson Jasper was truly 5-star. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
Nothing.

Lovely and welcoming staff, excellent food in the restaurant, clean and comfortable room, decent rate (off-season)
The only thing that bothered us was hearing the upstairs neighbors having loud sex at 1 am on the first night and guests arriving and leaving at all hours so the soundproofing wasn't the best. To be fair, the hotel provided ear plugs but we could still hear most things happening in the room's vicinity
