The room was nice, beds comfortable. Enjoyed having lawn chairs to sit in outside. Distance to falls was great. People working at front desk were especially friendly and helpful. Only name I got unfortunately was Shannon and she and I visited for quite awhile while she was on a break outside.

Distance to Jasper and restaurant too expensive with very few choices if you didn’t want a fancier dinner. Continental breakfast was very good. Having deli open till late afternoon helpful, but again really expensive.Vey

The cottages where very nice. Rustic on the outside and like a hotel room on the inside. Beds were comfortable. The place is a good stop in the middle of the park since it is an area with no wifi, so you can stop for lunch and check your email. Romeo at the restaurant was the most adorable person in the staff, he deserves every success in his career for his kind and gentle treatment to customers. His smile made our morning each of the days. The place is close to Athabasca glacier and Columbia Icefield. YOU DO NEED A CAR.

Rooms are not isolated. We heard the neighbors taking showers at 1 am, and had trouble sleeping. Breakfast was always the same and on the cheap side, after three days of staying there it was kind of boring.

All the staff we encountered were super friendly. The room is spacious with block-out curtains; the beds are comfy. They offer you either a kettle and/or a microwave upon check-in. The breakfast was delicious, with various pastries, porridge, bagel/bread, fruits, coffee/tea, eggs and hash. Ample parking spaces.

They have wifi but can be slow and have low signal from the cabins as they are run via satellite. The extraction fan in the bathroom is incredibly loud, and the bathroom is a tight squeeze. The rooms are adjoining, so if you have a loud neighbour who checked in late and a kid who screams in the middle of the night, there's no escape from the noise.

Great location on the Icefields Parkway. Simple rooms that were clean and comfortable. Staff set up a pack 'n play for us when we checked in. Breakfast was great - pastries, eggs, juice, coffee/tea, cereal, oatmeal. Front desk staff were super helpful - gave us great recommendations for family friendly hiking options. Internet in the lobby was fast, which was helpful as I needed to reserve Lake Louise tickets on the day we were in Sunwapta. Would definitely recommend if you need a stop between Banff and Jasper!

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the valley, and the views were stunning. We lived how close it was to the falls, making an easy walk for little legs. The place is well looked after, and the log cabins are quaint. Breakfast was lovely, and despite being continental, still had hot options too. The food generally was fantastic and we had a superb dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The staff were lovely and helpful with recommendations and even lent us bear spray for our walks. We used the hotel as a base to go in and around Jasper which was only half an hour away.

The cabins are starting to look tired and need renovating. Flooring coming up and the door frame to the bathroom was coming off exposing nails. Rooms just need a little tlc and a bit more soundproofing. We could hear the neighbours conversations when they were in their bathroom.

Located right next to the falls, a 10 Min walk down the road. We walked from here to big bend campsite ...easy 2hr walk thru woods to nice view of the river The place feels very quiet and remote at night On site restaurant feels pricey but is ok considering the location and was fine for a short stay. I liked the salmon, brisket also good Staff were quite helpful

Each hut seems to be split into 4 separate rooms but with thin walls you can hear alot from your neighbours. No problem in our stay but you could be unlucky with other guests. Breakfast very standard, felt a little disappointing for the price but again considering the location it would do.

Loved that all the cabins were nestled in the trees and there was a deck with 2 chairs. Breakfast was excellent for being included in the price. There’s a great shop with all you would need for a picnic lunch. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Obviously not the hotels fault but the crows are huge and really noisy and waiting to dive bomb anything that you have on the deck area (they think it could be food). There is no air conditioning- a fan was provided and we didn’t ask for another which may have been available on request. It was very hot when we were there.

The front desk services were very polite and helpful! Also we like the breakfast varieties, especially the fresh yummy pastries.

The double-bed room had very limited spaces. Also the foods in on-site restaurant were very expensive. Besides, we had to drive for about 1hr 15min one way to Hinton in order to refill the gas, because the nearby Jasper town were mostly closed due to recent wildfire and power outage.

Loved the cabins, heating was good and the beds were comfortable. And they provided a kettle (for the all important morning cuppa tea). We ate in the restaurant twice and had four different excellent meals, chef definitely knows how to cook. The restaurant has character and a lovely log fire. It was only 35 mins drive out of Jasper. And a five min walk to Sunwapta Falls. And the staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to offer suggestions on where to go and what to see.

Nothing really to complain about. The continental breakfast is basic but the croissants and pastries were lovely and fresh daily. If you prefer muesli and yoghurt just bring your own (there is a fridge in the room). Wifi is available but is sometimes weak but enough to send the odd message if you need to. You can sometimes hear neighbours in the adjoining cabin moving around but if they respect the quiet time curfew it isn’t an issue.

It is clean and with attention to detail. All well organized, including the store and the breakfast. Unlike the ridiculously expensive places in Lake Louise (with no standards of quality), this is the best place to be if you are visiting Jasper Park, driving on the Icefield Parkway. And if you stay long enough, you can visit also Banff from here. It is also a walking distance from a great waterfall.

Unlike most other rooms, we did not have a porch.
