How central it was to all the most popular sites

It was extremely difficult to find, I had an address via what’s app but there are no signs or clear door number etc to identify the property a photo of the frontage alongside the what’s app instructions would have been helpful (I have added to this review) or a note stating that it was next to a cocktail bar would’ve helped !

Located within very short walking distance to the major sights. Staff was very quick to answer questions, and resolve issue. Room had the major amenities like coffee, and coffee machine, cutlery at the kitchenette, sandwich mini grill, toiletries, clean towels, hairdryer.

Lights by one side of bed did not function, sliding door of bathroom does not close completely ( there is an inch of gap when entire sliding glass door is closed), some hair ball and dust found at corner of bedside ( next to glass wall of bathroom), bed is very comfortable, 2 bottles of water provided free of charge.

Excellent location, super central. Good amenities, comfy bed and this particular room had a huge bathroom which was a pleasant surprise! Staff were great at communicating.

The property is central and it can get noisy. This is no negative reflection on the property as it did not take away from our stay as we are well aware that to be so well located will mean potential noise from bars/restaurants. Just an FYI for other guests who are more precious about this sort of thing!

We stayed for 3 nights. It is in a great location walking distance from just about everything. The only time we needed a taxi was for the ride from and to the train station. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but the staff held our luggage and gave us recommendations for lunch. We had a very small room that included a refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast is not included but there a plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was a bit cramped. I was not thrilled with how the bathroom was made, but it was big and everything worked. Between the cathedral bells ringing every hour and nearby bars and restaurants, it was a bit noisy, but we had no problem sleeping. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A fantastic choice for accommodation in Sevilla! We stayed here for our New Year's holiday. Clean, Central, They have a friendly management style. They celebrated our New Year by leaving a bottle of cava in the room. They messaged daily for room service, and whenever we had a need, they provided a solution.In terms of price/performance, it offers excellent value. Yes, the room doesn't have a view. There is no window facing outside, but you can choose accordingly by making a payment preference.We will visit again!

Location, staff was very friendly, has a pool (our room did, not sure if all rooms do). Has two bathrooms which is very convenient. AC was nice and cold. Has an elevator which is great when traveling with big suitcases.

Some of the amenities were slightly worn, the second toilet was missing the door, and the main bathroom’s seal was no longer working so water from the shower leaked to the bathroom. Other people were very loud in the building, constantly slamming doors but that’s Solved with noise cancelling headphones.

Excellent location & facilities. Very clean, spacious and well equipped room (the bathroom was enormous!!) Staff were extremely helpful and everything is organised via Whatsapp before arrival (you can contact them that way during your stay with any questions which was brilliant!). Liked how each room/entry door has its own pin so you don’t have to worry about taking a key.

The room I was in faced the main side street so it was very noisy. There is a bar across the road which had very loud bass music well into the early hours which can make it hard to sleep. However, given the excellent location a stones throw from the cathedral, this was to be expected! This was mentioned on other reviews so I was prepared, and it didn’t spoil my stay. :)

Great communications prior to arrival and easy and quick check in. The room was huge, with an enormous bathroom with free standing bath and walk in shower, and a well equipped separate kitchenette with fridge, basic crockery and glasses , corkscrew, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine, and two small balconies on to the street with the Cathedral at the end of the street about 80 feet away. The reception messaged every day asking if I'd like my room servicing.

Noise - its a pretty noisy street in the morning (garbage being collected loudly) and at night (there is loud bar/club just next door below). even with the shutters and doors tightly closed the noise is audible. Probably unavoidable given its fantastic location surrounded by restaurants and tapas bars.

Great location in a wonderful city.

Night and early morning noise! , not from within the property, that was perfect. But the noise of deliveries from very early hours was really over the top. I know it has nothing to do with this property but it does have an effect. We got ear plugs to calm it down but to no avail when the glass recycling truck came round. We did not let it stop us having a fantastic few days in a perfect apartment.

The location was perfect. The service and communication were amazing, from the moment we checked in all the way through to when leaving in an early morning Taxi. The breakfast was bought to us in the room daily. They accommodated our daily changes to breakfast, including a request for 0400h. The room has all the facilities required to make your stay pleasant. The coffee machine with pods replaced daily was a nice touch. The room is spacious with places to sit. The decor of the room is well presented.

There was some hair on the floor in the bathroom on arrival. It is also noisy at night with people having a good time into the wee hours / morning. This is outside of the hotels control, but something people should consider if they are light sleepers.
