it is clean inside but the rate weed smell is terrible, you can smell weed in the building as soon as u stepped out of your room. They need to work on type of people they renting too, too much weed going on , on the hotel premises.

The weed is too much , smell in the elevator, hall way so bad that you can barely breathe. That hotel would have got a five star but the weed and type of people they let in there is scary and safety is in question. I was worried and scared during my stay.

Our room was spotless, the front desk staff was more than helpful when I called downstairs with any questions. We did have to pay a refundable down-payment, but I had no issues getting it back when checking out. The window behind the bed was a bit drafty, but it was during winter and honestly it was a minor inconvenience, and the surrounding areas look somewhat sketchy, but outside of that, it was a good experience. There were some issues with the card used to make the booking but they contacted me and I responded and they willingly held the room for us until we got there. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly, there was 24 hours presence of staff, the room was warm, the bed was excellent. We got an extra blanket when we asked. every day there were fresh towels.

I did not like the location-but this is no fault of the hotel. The neighborhood comes across as rough, and I did not feel safe walking with my teenage daughter after dark.

Great staff - lovely place. Very clean. Seems recently remodeled. They even called me about something that they suspected was left in the room. Awesome experience

No possibility to make coffee in suite or at front desk. A little far from centers of Brooklyn. A little expensive for the size and location.

It was good but it was very newly opened and they had not gotten everything delivered yet. No vending machines, no microwaves, no internet on the tv’s so only three English channels. But it was very clean and comfortable. Great location near shopping areas so you can access everything you need.

Pleasant helpful staff and price

I have been coming here since it opened .. house keeping is getting lazy room wasn't cleaned properly twice. I also seen the guest are loud now the ones who have extended stays blasting music etc

The shower and the TV was the best. Two things in the whole time but the bed was horrible and the bathroom is too small. You got to almost step in the shower to close the door

the front desk people are always nice and welcoming the rooms are amazing the whole place smell amazing the staff and top tier
