This facility is very clean with a very pleasant, helpful staff. I had to print some documents and there was a computer terminal with printer available. The printer ran out of paper and the staff gave me more paper without any question or hassle and didn't charge me for the printing. Outstanding service. My room was very clean and comfortable.,

My only issue was the showerhead needs to be replaced. It didn't provide a real good spray, that is a minor issue in my book.

The woman working the continental breakfast was the hardest worker I’ve ever seen! Plus, she was kind and helpful.

No hairdryer in the bathroom, there was a place on the wall that you could see where it had once been, however. And, kind of knit picky, but there wasn’t a hook to hang a towel or robe from in the bathroom. And lastly, the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold even at its coldest setting.

We were in love with our beautiful view of the trees every morning, and the courtyard was very clean and beautiful! The breakfast buffet was always pristine, full of options and delish! We LOVED the drink station and ability to fill up our water bottles all day! The staff was always so helpful and kind! The room was amazing, clean, comfortable and we were very impressed with the TV viewing! We had tons of great channels, and movies!

This place is Beautiful. Room was very comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi bath tub! Breakfast had so many choices and the hostess was steadily checking on everyone to see if they needed anything. It has been renovated since my last trip and it is gorgeous. The price was great for the facility, we will stay here on our next trip.

Breakfast was as it should be at these types of hotels. The front desk worker was very polite and helpful. The pool was in satisfactory condition.

People stomping up and down all night long - very thin floors. A mysterious woman who spent the entire day hanging around the kitchen area talking on a cellphone.

Rooms large and beds comfortable. Breakfast great with hot and cold options. Staff kept it stocked during breakfast hours. Pool was refreshing and clean. Good location, quiet. Courtyard and fountain were very nice.

Room had a little musty smell, but got better with running A/C.

The close location to St. Marks and Panacea was great. Gave us lots of places to go and find launching points for the boat plus there was a side lot for dropping the trailer which was very helpful.

The breakfast was good but the standard pre cooked with the heated eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits ect... Would loved to have had a evening Bar/Food service as the Best Western in Defuniak Springs has. There are many places to eat down the road and back up in Tallahassee but the convenience of a bar serving food in house would have been superb. The pool was tiny it didn't appear that way in the pictures.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection and served hot. Attendant was gracious , pleasant and helpful! Great experience….thank you!

Parking limitations. Shower curtain needs a liner to limit water spraying on the bathroom floor.

Great location for what we needed. Breakfast each day was very convenient.

Pool wasn’t regularly cleaned so kids were disappointed they could only use it once. Daily maid service not provided for longer stays.

Staff was very nice and helpful, recommending great dinner options. The rooms are surprisingly large. The motel/hotel style with rooms opening to the outside and overlooking a beautiful courtyard was very cool.
